(I dunno... maybe fight a boss and start another quest)
(We go through all this effort to open secret doors and nothing is behind them. I think we are tired of that as a group. You can tell that every time that happens people stop posting and the thread stalls.)
(I really love this character and story but I can understand how its not that motivating. It doesnt have to be a monster or skill challenge every time either. I would love to just meet someone new... I got really excited when we ran into the sleeping gnome but that turned out to be nothing as well.)

"One way or another looks like we're going to end up in more tunnels," Tyris says, waving at the tunnel in the southwest of the room. "At least this one is larger. Should we check it out? Shadow, want to clear us a path?"
Shadow enters the tunnel which curves around south. About 20 feet in it branches out with a smaller tunnel (normal sized tunnel) heading west and the larger tunnel continuing south.
Following the bigger tunnel another 15 feet Shadow leads the party to another room, he sees...
A five-foot-wide, rough-hewn circular tunnel breaches the west wall of this chamber (the one you are in). Another punches through the east wall. The rubble left by the excavation of these tunnels has been pushed into the northeast part of the room, leaving the rest of this chamber clear. There are hallways leading both north and south. A few rat bones litter the floor, but otherwise the room appears empty.
Shadow sees a small humanoid with goat like feet appear in the middle of the room and then disappear again about 20 feet from the eastern tunnel. You hear these words "Taral yen zuggek"
The rest of the party is distributed as Shadow enters the room and disappears, only to reappear 30 feet away and then disappear again about 40 feet away.
Tyris raises his bow when Shadow tells them he sees a skulk, then pauses as Shadow enters the room ahead and vanishes. Wary, he readies his bow to attack any creature that appears and appears hostile as he steps forward, stopping just before the point where Shadow disappeared and peers into the room, trying to see what might have caused it.
Attack (if triggered. Using sharpshooter): 3 Damage: 16
Investigation: 6 (Or +2 more if it should be perception instead)

since he has this strange property of disappearing, the paladin doesn’t go directly into melee but takes his javelin
