The Warerat (W2) in front of Vuntuk bursts into flames as Vuntuk hits him with his new weapon. The Warerat doesn't seem bothered by the Urgrosh, but seems agitated by the fire.
Irena moves around the corner and sends a Chaos bolt at the closest Warerat (W1), hurting the Warerat.
Ollie does a flyby at W3 distracting the warerat a little bit.
W3 seems a little bit intimidated by Shadow's Mockery.
W1 attacks Vuntuk with both a Bite Attack: 13 Damage: 5 and a Shortsword Attack: 17 Damage: 7. But again Vuntuk's armor is to strong for the warerat to do any damage.
W2 Con save 20. The flames go out to the warerat's relief and he tries to retaliate by attacking Vuntuk with both a Bite Attack: 17 Damage: 5 and a Shortsword Attack: 23 Damage: 6. Hitting Vuntuk with his Shortsword.
W3 doesn't listen to Rellahne's words and continues attacking her, ignoring both Shadow and Oreus, with both a Bite Attack: 21 Damage: 3 and a Shortsword Attack: 7 Damage: 8. The Bite hits Rellahne's Ward.
W4 also attacks Rellahne with both a Bite Attack: 16 Damage: 4 and a Shortsword Attack: 13 Damage: 7. This bite also hits Rellahne's Ward, weaking it further. (I believe that the ward is at 5 HP. If I remember correctly you were adding the ward HP as temporary HP is that correct?)
(I believe that the ward is at 5 HP. If I remember correctly you were adding the ward HP as temporary HP is that correct?)
(5 HP, yes, and, originally, that's what we did, yes. But, since then, D&DBeyond added a counter on Features & Traits right below the ward feature to keep track of the ward's HP. So, I'll be using that from now on.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
When he gets hit by the shortsword Vuntuk screams more out of rage than out of pain.
He then utters a short angry prayer to Moradin and with a flash of the holy symbol on his shield, a huge warhammer spiritual weapon appears behind W1((oposit to Vuntuk, can spiritual weapons flank?)) and swings at it.
Attack: 21 , Damage: 8
Not happy with getting poked by nasty warerat swords, he then tries to dodge any further atracks.

Getting increasingly frustrated with the status of a fight that never seems to end, Rellahne glares at the two wererats by each side of her, and then, she speaks some arcane words, which make a silvery mist surround her, hiding any view of the wizard before more of the same mist appears on B7, and that's where Rellahne appears next.
Not done yet, she closes a hand and then speaks more arcane words, preparing a spell as the air around her suddenly starts getting closer.
For Ollie's turn, the owl will come down and pester W3 before flying back into the sky again, staying 20 ft. away from the floor. (Giving Help)
Irena casts a second Chaos bolt at the closest warerat who turns into a bloody corpse as the bolt of force hammers into him.
Oreus switches to lethal damage while attacking W3, however once again his glaive hits with both the main attack and the backswing without apparently damaging the foe.
Rellahne casts Misty Step and disappears from the warerat gang-up, and with Ollie's help casts ray of frost at W3. The warerat feels a tiny bit chilly as the ray hits him.
Waiting to see if Vuntuk changes his round. (See next post)
Post the last map on the new page. (Will update after the warerat's turn)

I'm going to say that the Spiritual Weapon itself doesn't get Advantage from flanking, but any player that in flanking an opponent with the Spiritual Weapon can make use of the distraction from the Weapon and gain advantage.
As W1 is dead do you want to summon the Spiritual Weapon in a different location and/or make a different action or keep it as written?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
((Sure, in this case i'd summon it next to W2 (on I7) and swing at it, do I need to reroll? Wuth one of them down I'd like to change my action and cast toll the dead (dc 15 wis save for 5 necrotic damage) ))

No need to reroll for the SW
(If all you need is the name of the spell, that can only be Toll the Dead based on damage die and type alone.)
Vuntuk summons a Spiritual Warhammer that hammers into the warerat in front of him, then he casts toll the dead casing the warerat to hear Death's bells.
Sorry everyone I haven't had a chance to post in several days.
W3 Wisdom save 3
W3 is clearly affected by Shadow's Mockery
W2 attacks Vuntuk with both a Bite Attack: 24 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll. and a Shortsword Attack: 5 Damage: 4. This time missing with both attacks.
With Rellahne disappeared W3 dismisses Oreus as harmless and focus on Shadow as the next logical opponent. He makes a Bite Attack: 5 Damage: 5 followed by a Shortsword Attack: 14 Damage: 4. The mosses Shadow, but the Shortsword hits cause slight damage.
W4 moves digitally two squares to D9 flanking Shadow with W3. He also attacks with both a Bite Attack: 18 Damage: 3 and a Shortsword Attack: 12 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.. This Warerat got lucky and Hit Shadow with both the Bite and the weapon attacks
Shadow you have been Cursed with Lycanthropy, see spoiler
Curse of Lycanthropy. A humanoid creature can be afflicted with the curse of lycanthropy after being wounded by a lycanthrope, or if one or both of its parents are lycanthropes. A remove curse spell can rid an afflicted lycanthrope of the curse, but a natural born lycanthrope can be freed of the curse only with a wish.
A lycanthrope can either resist its curse or embrace it. By resisting the curse, a lycanthrope retains its normal alignment and personality while in humanoid form. It lives its life as it always has, burying deep the bestial urges raging inside it. However, when the full moon rises, the curse becomes too strong to resist, transforming the individual into its beast form — or into a horrible hybrid form that combines animal and humanoid traits. When the moon wanes, the beast within can be controlled once again. Especially if the cursed creature is unaware of its condition, it might not remember the events of its transformation, though those memories often haunt a lycanthrope as bloody dreams.
Some individuals see little point in fighting the curse and accept what they are. With time and experience, they learn to master their shapechanging ability and can assume beast form or hybrid form at will. Most lycanthropes that embrace their bestial natures succumb to bloodlust, becoming evil, opportunistic creatures that prey on the weak.
PLAYER CHARACTERS AS LYCANTHROPES
A character who becomes a lycanthrope retains his or her statistics except as specified by lycanthrope type. The character gains the lycanthrope’s speeds in nonhumanoid form, damage immunities, traits, and actions that don’t involve equipment. The character is proficient with the lycanthrope’s natural attacks, such as its bite or claws, which deal damage as shown in the lycanthrope’s statistics. The character can’t speak while in animal form.
A non-lycanthrope humanoid hit by an attack that carries the curse of lycanthropy must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 + the lycanthrope’s proficiency bonus + the lycanthrope’s Constitution modifier) or be cursed. If the character embraces the curse, his or her alignment becomes the one defined for the lycanthrope. The DM is free to decide that a change in alignment places the character under DM control until the curse of lycanthropy is removed.
The following information applies to specific lycanthropes.
The following information applies to specific lycanthropes.Wererat. The character gains a Dexterity of 15 if his or her score isn’t already higher. Attack and damage rolls for the bite are based on whichever is higher of the character’s Strength and Dexterity.
Make your choice and let me know after the encounter.
