Oreus uses the healing potion that Ollie the owl brought him, on Fario.
Fario revives and starts looking for a way out of the pit. He discovers that the walls have been polished smooth and that there is no way to climb out without climbing gear. He does find the rope that Shadow had lowered, but it must have slipped from Shadow's hand when he fell unconscious, as both ends are now in the pit.
Tyris is able to kill the remaining Lancer.
Alben is up (if he hasn't posted by tomorrow evening, I will post for him)
Rellahne decides not to cast any spells and instead try to be of help to Fario who was down into the pit. She pulls her backpack, taking a hempen rope and dropping one of the sides on the ground while holding on to the other with both hands."Here, I hope this helps! I'm not the strong type, but I can try."
With Rellahne's help, Fario is able to attempt to climb up the rope. Athletics check DC 15 with Advantage due to Rellahne pulling the rope. Athletics 15. Fario was able to scale up the wall. He thanks Rellahne profusely. He is standing between Fellian and Rellahne.
Fellian moves across the room, to the other side of Rellahne. From that position, he is able to negate most of the protection from the Tower Shield (Half Cover instead of full Cover). So he tries again to shoot the remaining Hobgoblin. Shortbow Attack: 24 Damage: 7. His arrow flys true, and the hobgoblin has a arrow sticking out of his right side, but is still standing.
The remaining hobgoblin drops his Tower Shield into the pit. Oreus make a DC 13 Dex save or take 3 bludgeoning damage, as the shield hits you. The hobgoblin then gathers up 4 javelins that are within reach, and moves out of sight down the western hallway.
Oreus make you Dex save; Alben, Oreus, Ollie, Shadow, and Tyris are up

(Since I only asked for the owl to move and look to the side (free action), could I have Ollie take an action on top of that? I was planning on having her try to move the levers to return them to their original position...)
Push, Drag, or Lift. You can push, drag, or lift a weight in pounds up to twice your carrying capacity (or 30 times your Strength score). While pushing or dragging weight in excess of your carrying capacity, your speed drops to 5 feet.
Rellahne's Strength score is 11. 11 * 30 = 336
Oreus as you don't have a weight listed, I estimated that you weigh 185lb your equipment weights 151lb. 185 + 151 = 336.
Oreus moves over to the rope and starts to climb up. As his feet leave the ground, Rellahne starts to tilt into the pit.
Rellahne made a DC 6 Dex save. If you fail you are pulled into the pit. If you succeed you can let go of the rope as reaction, Oreus lands on his feet.

Ollie is able to fly over to the levers. But I can't really visualize how he(?) be able to lift the levers into the up position. The only thing I can think of is he grabs the lever with his talons, and tries to fly up. With a Strength score of 3, I'm not sure if that would work or not.
Do you have any ideas on this? If I decide to let you do this, which level do you want to try first?
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Rellahne's Dex Save: 11 (10% chance of failure...)
On the Ollie discussion... I honestly didn't think it through that much. It was more of a curious question whether the levers may have been easy enough that even with 3 Strength the owl may be able to lift it. I can come up with a better plan, but whatever I come up with would take more than 6 seconds probably, and it's already out of the picture for being an action this turn.
Rellahne's Dex Save: 19 (10% chance of failure...)
I didn't look at your Character sheet (to see what you Dex save was) until after I had figured out want the DC was. I almost changed it to a 5 instead of 6 after looking at you sheet.

Ooc: your calculation are surely correct but let's not waste time, shall we? If needed, Oreus declares he will pass every round doing nothing g until we are out of initiative. Once out of init all together they help Oreus up. If still is not enough, he throws his gear first and then himself

Unable to get a shot, alben turns and uses wand of cure wounds to heal shadow a bit more: 9

Tyris marks the hobgoblin Fellian shot as his prey and launches an arrow of his own at it.
Attack: 10 Damage: 9 + 1 from slayer's prey
Ollie is sent forward just to keep pace with the Hobgoblin and to see if she could pick up on where exactly it was going.

Ollie can see the Hobgoblins position
The Hobgoblin moved out of sight, make a different action.
dx save 7
The tower shield lands on top of Oreus, but doesn't do a whole lot of damage. Good thing the hobgoblin didn't notice.
Oreus you can still act.
Oreus thros another javelin in resposte
Attack: 11 Damage: 6 , if possible, non lethal damages
Once again the hobgoblin moved out of sight.
Both Oreus and Tyris need to make a different action
Oreus takes the rope and climbs out of the pit
