Shadow will move south and drop down carefully into the pit and move to the south edge. He will use his cunning action to move / jump and pull himself up onto the platform (athletics check? 11) standing jump let's me go up a out 4.5 feet based on strength and I pull myself up from the edge then stand. Action shoot my shortbow at the last enemy assuming I can see him in the hallway

Ooc: your calculation are surely correct but let's not waste time, shall we? If needed, Oreus declares he will pass every round doing nothing g until we are out of initiative. Once out of init all together they help Oreus up. If still is not enough, he throws his gear first and then himself
Shadow carefully drops into the pit and attempts to jump onto the causeway. He succeeds in grabbing the ledge, but his dosen't have the strength (I'm setting the Athletics DC at 17 or 23 if the person weighs more than he/she can lift for this maneuver) and falls back to the ground of the pit.
Alben is up, Tyris needs to make a different action.
Tyris will just ready the attack in case the hobgoblin comes back into sight. Too many people in the way blocking up movement to keep me from trying to jump across
Seeing Tyris try to cross the pit, alben gets out his own rope, and looks across to the switches, taking a second to tie a knot he asks Rellahne, "do you think that owl can get a knot around that lever?"
"I cannot answer that for certain, but we should be able to try it. Making the knot herself, I don't think it'd be possible, but with the knot already made, I think there's a fair chance." Rellahne picks the knotted rope and waits for Ollie to arrive so the two can put this plan into order. That being, having the owl pick the knot of the rope and put it around the lever with the idea of pulling it from afar. "We should just be sure there's no one at the bottom of the pit, so I'll wait just a bit before turning the lever."
Ollie proceeds to do the plan. Picking the rope out of Rellahne's hand and then flying all the way across the room to try and put the knot around the lever.
(Do you need a check for this? If yes, I'll roll a d20, and you could compare it with the stats of an Owl)

(The two were pulled at the same time, right? Which means Rellahne wouldn't know which lever raises the thing she's trying to raise. I'll go for number 1. And, I'm not pulling it until I'm sure there's no one inside the hole.)

Tyris tells Alben to move to the side to clear a space, then (assuming he does so), backs up a few feet, then charges forward and leaps across the pit.
(Long jump rules I can jump 13 feet if I run at least 10 feet in a straight line first. So move 5 feet back to where Shadow was on the last map leaves me 10 feet movement space before the pit, jump the pit, and land in the space on the other side.)

Oreus helps Shadow, by letting Shadow climb up on his shoulders. And Shadow is able to grab the ledge and pull himself up onto the causeway.
While Shadow is still getting out, the Hobgoblin takes his readied action by throwing a Javelin (with disadvantage due to Shadow being prone) Attack: 13 Damage: 3, missing Shadow.
Tyris is able to make a flying jump, and lands on the causeway. (I believe that you still have an action?)

Alben?

Both Fario and Fellian decided to wait (Readied actions to move aross if possible) to see if Ollie can pull it off.
The Hobgoblin goes
Alben, Oreus (if you want to do something new), Ollie Shadow, and Tyris are up.
Ollie proceeds to do the plan. Picking the rope out of Rellahne's hand and then flying all the way across the room to try and put the knot around the lever.

Shadow is still in the pit.
Maybe next round Oreus and Shadow should work together?
Oreus gives HELP action to Shadow already in this round, cmon, can he re-roll and takes the highest?
Tyris tells Alben to move to the side to clear a space, then (assuming he does so), backs up a few feet, then charges forward and leaps across the pit.

Tyris is able to make a flying jump, and lands on the causeway. (I believe that you still have an action?)
I'm assuming the hobgoblin is visible since he threw his javelin, so Tyris draws an arrow and launches it at the creature.
(I think I already marked him as my prey, but if not, I'll do that first)
Attack: 15 Damage: 6 + 6 from slayer's prey.
Tyris' arrow flies true and kills the hobgoblin.
Shadow and Tyris are able to get Oreus out of the pit, along with all of his equipment and anything else you may want to take out with you.
The rope on the level that Ollie placed closes the southern pit door. Allowing someone to cross over at shut the northern pit door.
Out of initiative
Everyone receives 142 XP
