Ix'altha has been tailing the group since they left the tavern, staying in the shadows but still allowing himself to be noticed. He understands someone in this group could help him get acquainted with a local guild. About the time that he decided to make himself fully noticed, a cry for help echoes out of a nearby alley. Using his knowledge from the streets, and his darkvision, Ix'altha will try to determine if the cry is genuine or a trap.

You follow the nosies to the mouth of the mist-shrouded alley, wherein you see three figures assaulting a fourth, who lies face down on the wet cobblestones. One of the atteckers lifts the victim by the hood of his cloak and thrusts him against a wall as another growls, "Stay away from the Orphanage, you got that".

Laladak and anyone else who wants to help the victim roll initiative
For the combat, I figure I'll just do one roll for the enemies(unless there are 2 or more different types of enemies of a boss), then any allies with a higher initiative can take their turns in whatever ordre they want, then enemies all take their turns, then players can all go, again in any order they want. Keeps it a little more open and might save time so you don't necessarily have to wait for another player before you can take your turn to keep things moving. Also allows you to shift what order you take your turns if desired for strategic reasons (let one player cast a spell or perform some action before another does something to capitalize on)

At the mention of the Orphanage, Tyris stops and turns toward the alley, muttering under his breath. Raising his bow with a nocked arrow, he steps into the alley, saying What's this about the Orphanage?
After Laladak attacks (as he charged in), Tyris steps up and threatens the thug with his bow. Unfortunately when these thus get scared they get mean. All three charge Tyris.
