Roxana holds her position, continuing to fire at the half-orc 'King' with her shortbow. (Shortbow Attack: 26, Damage: 8, Sneak Attack Damage: 12 - due to multiple enemies within 5ft. of target)
"I'm afraid there are no fools left to help you," she calls out as she attacks.
Obadiah is driven by his battle fury to attack, despite the poison taking its toll... and the 'king', accustomed to blows that he was able to parry easily, manages to dampen the rapid blow only at the last moment with his shield of the greatsword, which however crawls on his face, leaving a cut that bleeds profusely.
Perhaps fearing the terrible opponent's reaction, Spira then invokes her healing powers upon the white-haired warrior... The bite mark disappears and the venom in her blood no longer burns.
"Cursed Harpells' lackeys!" he seems unsure who to attack the half-orc first "You won't easily get the better of Mhurren Flick!"
Roxana takes advantage of the fact that Mhurren isn't considering her: she aims carefully and, as soon as Obadiah moves her head, she shoots the arrow, hitting the unfortunate opponent in the eye! A precise and lethal blow, one a true assassin could be proud of.
The half-orc is falling forward... when instead he finds somewhere to put one leg forward, regain his balance, and growls: "It's not over yet!"
And with the force of desperation, he, invigorated (maybe almost physically?) by his own burst of pride, launches a savage slash of Battleaxe against...
...Against Spira, of course! What's the point, for Mhurren, to continue to hurt opponents, if then that damned Devilspawn heals them with magic? It's obvious that she is the first to eliminate.
The heavy blade hits the tiefling cleric in the full chest, cutting, pushed by her own weight (and by the half-orc's strength) the armor... and apparently opening poor Spira's ribcage!
The poor thing, if she's not dead, is surely in a desperate condition ...
"Well?!" the 'king' grins at the cleric lying in a lake of blood, remembering how the other had laughed in his face only a few moments before "Who had the last laugh!?"then he turns to Obadiah "And now we'll see how you get along, without mommy healing you!"
Rash stares in shock as the tiefling goes down... less than a second ago he would have felt sympathetic towards the 'king' and his plight. But that moment is gone.
"We came here to help a woman save her husband, and when we got here we were greeted with a tale of mass-slaughter," Rash growls. "And if anyone is more deserving of sympathy than half-orcs, it's those goblins that you and your people tore apart!"
With nothing better to do, he charges in and strikes with his staff, casting booming blade as he does so.
Attack: 14 Damage: 5
If he moves, the "king" takes an additional 7 thunder damage

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
"Sympathy... for goblins!?" so stunned is Mhurren that Rash's blow nearly hits (because of that and maybe also because Roxana's arrow made him one-eyed) - but the 'king''s battle reflexes, at the last moment, kick in and the shield rises to a timely parry "Goblins are no more than mean little fools, as Slave Lord Stalman Klim once said! What sympathy could you have for them?”
(OOC: Taking Aidwyn's turn - like before: if you are back, Frandal, feel free to post Aidwyn's action, I'll fxi things if needed)
Aidwyn tries not to be deterred by the outcome of her previous attack. After all, the brute seemed on the verge of collapsing when Roxana had hit him with that precise shot... Even if he found new energy who knows where, it should take very little to finish him off.
The warrior then suddenly lifts her shield, bringing it close to the 'king's eye to block his view...then she attacks low, with her sword - and pushes forward with the shield.
Mhurren, unable to see the incoming sword slash, is struck square in the thigh - without the strong armor he might even have lost his leg! But even so, part of the shirts give way and blood seeps from the torn protection...
The thrust of the shield should therefore send him to the ground, but the brutal warrior is once again saved by instinct and experience: by turning on himself he manages to divert a large part of the force of the thrust and to remain standing.
It seems we need a Round 3... Spira, Obadiah and Roxana are up! (But note that, when Spira takes her turn, unless someone managed to revive her in the meantime, the only thing she can do is to roll her first death saving throw...)
Mhurren sees Obadiah's blow coming and turns to block with the shield... but the wound to the leg shows him down just a tiny bit too much. The heavy blade impacts at the base of the half-orc neck, cutting deep through flesh and armor...
"You won... thanks to the strength of numbers..." spits words and blood the 'king', falling to his knees "But nobody will never make fun of Mhurren Flick anymore! Nobody will think him worthless! Nobody..."
He falls to the ground, dead.
Congratulations! End of combat! Just remember you need to do something for poor Spira, or she'll have to starting rolling saves...
Seeing the proud zhent collapse in a pool of his own blood, the white-haired warrior lets go of his blade, dropping it with a metallic clatter to the floor, slumping to his kness, breathing heavily. "Hurry, see to Spira."He says pleadingly, looking over at Roxana, then looking at the dead half-orc in front of him. "You could have given me peace..." He mutters grimly. "...why couldn't you just fight me."
With the adrenaline wearing off, Rash drops to one knee next to the dead half-orc.
"I'm sorry that it came to this," he says, reaching down to close the would-be king's glassy eyes. "You weren't wrong that our kind aren't treated well by others, but you hurt the innocent in your quest for recognition. Rest in peace, brother."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
A red haze fills Spira's mind: memories of Berdusk, memories of recent days; mingled regret and pride for the lives she'd just had to take and the ones she'd been able to save as much by helping convince some Zhents to surrender as by healing her own comrade ... but it all kept swirling around to one thought as she fought to call up the strength to keep alive.
Well, two thoughts. One: "MUST make it. Gaer will be lost without me ... and I've got to FIND him somehow!"
And two: "Guess I should have stopped for that chain mail after all ..."

Great! A first success. Plus, Roxana will probably be able to help you, as she has already done for Obadiah and Aidwyn just before ... you should be able to act again soon.
Roxana hurries over to Spira, abandoning her bow and pulling her healers kit out of her pack. The location of the wound is obvious, and she kneels down, first staunching the flow of blood. With the kit, she tries to close the wound and bandage her up.
(Healer Feat: When you use a healer's kit to stabilize a dying creature, that creature also regains 1 hit point.
The girl from Longsaddle proves her healing skill once more and the heroic tiefling cleric, who looked so battered, is soon able not only to open her eyes again, but also to get up and resume... looking for troubles together with you!
(OOC: @Spira: Roxana fully healed you - you probably have a decent set of stitches holding a wound closed that will leave a scar worthy of a veteran of a thousand battles, but you can act normally again)
