The white-haired warrior nods and smiles gratefully at firebraids as the girl quickly and expertly stitches up the brave tiefling, she was really a nifty one. Obadiah then gets on his feet, wiping off and sheathing his blade, then moving slowly about the chamber to see if he can find any clues to what the zhents were doing here and if there is any signs of what he and the team is supposed to find here.
Obadiah does not spot much more than his eye caught at first glance upon entering...
The throne is in the center of the room, which has elegant brass candlesticks protruded from the walls, some actually with lit candles, some empty. On the upper part of the thorne there's carved a heraldry: two wolves facing each other on opposite sides of a horse with particularly elongated legs.
Scattered around the hall there are also a pallet, some blankets, a small table made from an empty cider barrel on which a fairly smooth stone slab (irregular shape, radius about 5') has been placed, a stool, a chest, four stuffed goblin heads.
On the table are two sheets of parchment still unused, an inkwell with a small residue of ink, a quill, a mug and a knife.
The withe-haired warrior goes around, maybe driven more from instinct than from logic, looking any signs of what he and the team is supposed to find here...
(OOC: Roll for Investigation also, please. Anyone who wishes to examines the room can roll as well, of course. No need to leave to the woodsman all the fun of the search and investigation)
Obadiah keeps looking at a specific candelabrum... Why is his position slightly different from the others'? He instinctively tries to move it, to check if it has been loosened by some phenomenon, and this is how he realizes that it is much more mobile than it should be... it's a disguised lever! Pulling on the candelabrum, the woodsman hears a noise coming from the east - and turning around he sees that a section of the east wall of the room turns on itself, evidently on a pivot, opening a new passage!
Having got Spira stitched up, Roxana stays alongside Spira for a bit to make sure she's recovering well. When Obidiah causes a part of the east wall to open up, she turns to glance that direction. "I suppose that will be our next path? The map Wumgu made showed another room north of the entrance. And I think another north of that? Wonder if this connects to one of those or if it leads somewhere else."
The white-haired warrior smiles briefly as the new passage is revealed, finding his curiosity peaked by what could lie beyond. "I doubt Wumgu knew about this passage, it was not on the map he drew us."He says grimly, looking back at the others. "Ready to move on?" He asks, picking up his torch, ready to explore this new intriguing part of the complex.
Rash will go collect Wumgu and tell him that the den has been cleared out. He doesn't entirely trust that the goblin won't immediately murder the prisoners once he finds them, so he would rather have the little creature in his sight.

Rash has no particular difficulty in finding Wumgu, but the goblin, as before, insists on not wanting to enter the 'Beatiful Den'...
"No, Wumgu doesn't trust to enter!" he shakes his head vigorously "If you have avenged the Muku tribe, it is you who must go out and accompany Wumgu to his new tribe! That was the pact..."
"Alright then, I suppose. I figured you should know we got the job done. We still have some things to do inside though before we make our next stop, though."
Rash goes back inside to the others.
"Well, Wumgu still doesn't want to come inside. Let's do what we came to do, and then figure out what our next move is from there."

You all seem ready and determined to explore the secret passage you just found... so you step into the unknown, finding a corridor that leads north. It looks like a dead end, but against the west wall of the corridor, at two locations, both at the south end and at the north end, there is a lever (this time not hidden or disguised in any way).
The white-haired warrior is about to pull a lever when he instead looks back at the others. "There's got to be a hidden door here somewhere. Anyone have any idea what we do now? Pull the levers? At the same time?" He asks the others with a shrug of his powerful shoulders.
"Sounds to me like something that would be just as likely to activate a booby trap," Rash says. "I wish that blasted goblin would just come with us and let us know what the hell to expect..."

Spira draws a deep breath. "Thanks Roxana. Usually I'm the one patching folks up, so I appreciate the steady hand it takes to do it. Lets see if we can both and all of us be as steady eyed." She systematically runs her eyes over the floor, ceiling and walls of the passage they are in, looking for signs of any hidden portals or catches.

"Not sure Wumgu even knew about this," Roxana says. "Seems most likely the lever on each end opens the door on that end. Kind of like the hidden lever outside opened it from the other side."
She moves forward to take a look at the mechanism, looking for any sign of a trap. (Investigation: 2)
Everyone examines the levers and the corridor with extreme caution... having survived the confrontation with Mhurren Flick doesn't make them eager to fall into a trap!
In the end, Rash, from what little she manages to glimpse with his Darkvision of the mechanism of the two levers, peering from the groove in which they slide, and combining this with his own rudiments of orcish mechanics, reaches the same conclusion to which Roxana had been pushed from her feminine intuition: each lever opens and closes a secret passage on its end.
There shouldn't be any traps…unless, of course, they're traps orcish mechanics doesn't deal with.
The white-haired warrior nods at Roxana and slowly pulls the lever at his side, expecting another secret door to open into a hitherto unknown part of the den, ready to draw his blade to fight off any threats beyond.
When Obadiah pulls the lever, a different section of wall rotates on itself... revealing a new passage! The 'secret' corridor now forms a T-junction with another one, twice as wide (10').
Entering the wide corridor, you notice that, to the east, it ends abruptly after about 40', while to the west it leads to a large spiral staircase that leads below...

"If we seek something powerful enough to bring back the dead we will likely find it at the very end of our path."The white-haired warrior states to no one in particular, cautiously heading over to the spiral staircase, looking down, listening for sounds before slowly descending, torch in hand.
