Kit moves for some cover, an overhang, a bridge, anything he could try to spend a moment hiding (as his action: stealth 15). If any of the gnolls, specifically the ugliest and meanest looking were within 90 feet he’d hex them. If not he’ll wait a moment to see what the others do.
Centurion is going to draw his sword and hold his action until a gnoll comes close and chop with it. Evelyn will do the same with Eldritch Blast as soon as a gnoll comes into range, she'll blast. Kit's Hex will be used on the gnoll to the south
The gnolls will all take shots at individual party members with their longbows:
Centurion takes: 10 Damage: 3
Kit takes: 4 Damage: 7
Mark takes: 6 Damage: 2
Erix takes: 16 Damage: 8
Elero takes: 12 Damage: 8
Evelyn's Eldritch Blast goes off against the middle gnoll: Attack: 9 Damage: 8
Nothing about these Gnolls gives you an indication that one might be a ring leader. When they're in a bloodlust like this, Gnolls tend towards single-mindedness, installing a leader can prove to be a distraction. The arrow flied wide as you get into cover.
Sorry my bad, as they aren't wielding Shields, they have two less AC, so 13 just hits. The arrow missed one gnoll but managed to catch another in the shoulder behind it.
That gnoll is still up on his flying disk but looking worse for wear after copping two bolts. The gnolls are becoming frustrated with everyone taking cover, it seems they may choose to land the disks on their next turn and get stabby if none of you stay in the open.
Erix also runs for cover as well as targets Jas with thorn whip, hopefully pulling her back to the group.
Attack: 20 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.

Just as Centurion sweeps at the gnoll's head as it approaches the edge of the tower, the disk it stands on disapears and the sword flies high. The gnoll lands on the tower next to Centurion, spear in hand, cackling. "You're going up against Garra? You gotta be crazy!" it laughs.
Group 1 is up.

Evelyn and Centurion still up.
Group 3 up: Elero, Erix, Mark
Each hex here represents 10ft btw
Oh also, Jas easily breaks free of her binds, and makes a break for the closest bridge off the tower.
Now Group 3 are up: Elero, Erix, Mark
Mark will look for the ring leader and shoot his crossbow.
attack: 14
damage: 10
He will then run for cover.

If the gnoll Mark shot is still alive, Elero will fire at it with his crossbow. If that gnoll went down, he'll fire at another one.
To hit 17 and damage 4
Afterward he'll run straight south, trying to get some cover behind that tower, even if he doesn't get there on this turn.

Unfortunately with Jas where she is and thorn whip only having a 10ft range, you can’t hit her with it. Remember the hexes are each 10ft

Oh cool. We’ll then you are absolutely able to pull Jas back towards you. She turns back with a snarl, pulling a dagger from her boot.
Centurion will move to the fore and slice with his longsword.
Attack: 18 Damage: 5
