Korbiña notices the raven that has accompanied her settled down on a branch nearby... also asleep... "Ahhrg! You are no use at all!" she hisses at him then turn to her staff "and you?"
After listening for a moment she nods and searches her backpack and pouch... pulling out a candle from and a small knife, cutting two small pieces from it kneading them in her fingers, then stoppering her ears with them...
Then shd looks around at anyone who's been watching her, offering to do the same for them... although looking at Quartz, she pulls out the second csndle from her pouch....
The halfling scales the tree easily, tantamount to a spider monkey with the ease of his movements. The singing appears to drift from the north, and Lelantus manages to spot a winding path hidden beyond the campsite bluff.
Korbiña shrugs at what Asher says and offers two earplug shaped pieces of wax to him after also stoppering Sceilie's ears. Then says in a strangely intentional calm voice: "If Sceilie doesn't wake up, I'll stay here with her. But I really recommend stoppering your ears with this or something similar" holding out thd improvised earplugs for everyone to grab.
Then she sees Lelantus running off, shrugs and sighs with an amused smile, mumbling "I hope, he survives this"
Thaux darts frantically his head from side to side. "NOISE! WHERE NOISE! EVIL NOISE!" Thaux immediately grabs whatever sticks or stones he can find on the ground and begins to aimlessly throw them in all directions.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Quartz' ears pick up as he hears the faint song growing louder in his head. He recalls the strategies employed by predator and prey, warning displays, mimicry. He ponders if this singing might be either. insight 11
Lelantus quickly closes through the trees, soft singing rising to the air. Breaking through the trees, he finds himself in a small clearing. <A woman clad in cloistered garb sits in the center, picking flowers. Upon the halfling's arrival, she promptly stops, her voice falling silent. She turns to Lelantus, a soft smile on her face.>
"Well, hello little one." <Her voice rings like soft chimes.>

Though the situation would certainly warrant such a thought, it's nonetheless singing. Quartz can even make out a few choice words:"Song...gold...love...bold."<It sounds like a maiden's song, oft used by young human women when they're of a courting age. It's very bittersweet.>
Lelantus lowers his blades slightly when he realizes she isn't a syren and says who are you and why are you here?
The woman, a human by the look of her height, rises slowly, brushing dirt and moss from her otherwise pristine dress. She looks at the halfling, and a soft gentle smile grows on her face:"Why, tending to the flowers of course." [Lelantus, make a Charisma save] <Her smile shines like sunlight, warm and refreshing.>
<Her words are sweet like honey, and with a smile to rival a celestial's light, coupled with a voice like church chimes, nothing she says makes you think she's anything but truthful.>
"Oh my. Are you out here alone as well, little one?"
After Korbiña plugged Sceilie's ears she tries again to wake her dragon girl. She brushes over her brow, kissing her, shaking her shoulders gently, then firmer with each shake, picks her up and hugs her in a seating position... until she stirs... or better... until she wakes.
