Keksi, with a perception roll like that, the statuette you found can be anything you want it to be. If you bring it back to Lady Capilli, she will certainly be pleased. Since you rolled a nat20 on your perception, you can pretty much assume it is the perfect item she would want, no matter what it is, or looks like.

Percival isn't sure if this statue of a horrifying, deformed newborn is what he wants to present to the lady. Normally he'd assume that anyone who lives in this place would be happy to accept a gift like this, but he's not going to take a chance when the wrong choice means that everyone dies in a fire. Also, his noble sensibilities make it very difficult for him to find anything humorous about a dead infant.

I don't remember exactly what the Lady's instructions were for you, but your perception check spots another small statue that the Lady would SURE find much more appealing. I can leave it up to you as to what the statue would look like, but you're sure she'd like it.

Percival was supposed to find a statue and an amusing assessment of its flaws.
