(You'll have to go to another area...NE, NW or SW from the ghost room, or back through the hidden door to the east and to the stinky sewer/sludge area...)
Once he finds the others, he will say discover what they have learned, nothing new, and will ask "What's next? We still need to find this cult, and we need to help this knight finally rest. I'm, hoping they are connected."
Standing near the sarcophagus, Vanizi shrugs, "I don't see anything anywhere here. Perhaps we should just move on from here? I don't see what else we'll learn about the cult here. And perhaps we'll run across a clue to this ghost's name." Though she doesn't say it, she really prefers to not go through the smell room.
Finding no further clues to the ghost's identity from the previous crypt, the party decides to explore further. Heading to the NW passage, you descend a similar set of steps and come out in an identically sized crypt as before, but with different decor. The smell of old parchment fills this tomb. Bookshelves carrying various tomes and scholarly implements stand against the walls. At the center is a stone, gold-painted sarcophagus, the sides of which bear a beautiful relief carving of two humanoid women exploring a forest together. One of the figures depicted in the sarcophagus’s relief carving wears armor that matches the armor of the mystery ghost. (Updated map)
DC13 Investigation:
Nestled among the bookshelves are five incense sticks (worth 10 gp each) and a component pouch. A heart-shaped golden locket sits on another bookshelf. The locket is locked but can be either pried open with a successful DC 11 Athletics check or picked open with a successful DC 10 Sleight of Hand check using thieves’ tools.
DC15 Investigation:
See the previous spoiler. Additionally, you find a hidden compartment in one of the books on the shelves. Inside is a Spell Scroll of Protection from Evil and Good.
Katarina turns out to be a surprisingly competent detective. She soon finds the locket, and tries to pop it open... (8 on her Athletics check... 12 if someone wants to provide help)
"Katarina thinks there may be something of interest in there..." She says. "Oh, and Katarina found a scroll as well, if any of her friends want it... it looks to be a spell..."
Vanizi notes Katarina finding the locket. "That seems like it could have a clue about the ghost's name. Maybe." If possible, she will try and help her get it open. (Provides HELP) Afterward, she notes the incense sticks and component pouch along a bookshelf. "The incense may be valuable. And someone could use the pouch if they need it." She takes the incense to put in her bag. She also motions toward the scroll Katarina found. "Someone should take that too."
Davis looks around the crypt and becomes lost in his own thoughts. He accepts the pain he is going through, if only for a moment. Then he realizes that the others have been busy, searching the room and retrieving items. Perhaps it was more than a moment. OK, I’m back and need help...
He will lend a help on the locket if needed and do his own scan of the room. (OOC: rolled lower then your spoilers)
Inside the locket is a small portrait of a human woman, next to which is the inscription, “My dearest Chanelle.” It looks like you now have a first and last name!
Katarina mutters something under her breathe when Davis easily pops the locket open... she was dangerously close to entering a frenzy just to crack that darned thing!
But she takes a deep breathe and reads the inscription. It isn't certain by any means... but there is a chance that this might indeed be the name they're looking for.
"Katarina will go ahead and talk to the friendly ghost," she tells the others with a smile. "She will be right back."
The feline approaches the spirit.
"Sir Knight... Katarina and her friends think that they may have found his name... was it perhaps Chanelle?"

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
With nobody picking up the component pouch or the spell scroll, Vanizi will grab them and put them in her pack as well. She then follows the direction Katarina had taken back to the ghost.
"Most likely Chanelle Hallwinter, from the family crest we saw," the half-orc adds quickly after she arrives.
Speaking the host's full name out loud, the featureless orb of the ghost’s head coalesces into the face of a middle-aged human woman with braided hair. "Oh!"she exclaims. "My memories return! Thank you, brave souls, for this act of kindness! Now I can return to my love. In return for this gift, I offer you my blessing and will answer the questions you have as best as I can."
You all feel a warmth settle into and through you, like a heated, thick blanket wrapped around you after spending a day out in the cold and rain, or the feel of sunshine on your skin on a glorious fall day. (Inspiration for everyone!)
Haly looks at the ghost in wonder, wondering what happened to her but doesn't think those are the right questions. She holds up the eye that led them here, and asks, "Do you know anything about this?"

Love God. Love Others. Any Questions?
After waiting a few minutes, Davis will say to the ghost. “I will be back shortly; I’m sure my friends will have an answer to your question.”
He will slowly back away towards the sarcophagus room, watching the ghost. If the ghost doesn’t turn hostile, he will go and catch up with the others.

The ghost is not hostile - just lost until its name can be discovered...

“OK” Davis says, “For now the ghost doesn’t seem hostile, lets go check out the other doors in that room, NW first?”
Assuming the others agree, Davis will head to the NW door in the Octagonal Ghost room.
(Looking for confirmation from 2 others...barring that I'll just move you along tomorrow to the place Davis suggested!)

Katarina nods, she's fine with following Davis' suggestion.

Vanizi nods to Davis as well. "Head northwest."
