Ooc id assume id need some down time to make potions.
OOC - I'm just giving you ingredients to make the potions I would just put in the loot. No need for downtime. You pick your potions that will be split by the party. It's just party loot. The private stock you also pick and it is just for you. I will probably reduce the amount of potions in future loot until you folks start using some of it up.

So how about each person just takes one of the party loot potions and adds it to their inventory as the potion they want

1. You only get so many Rare, uncommon and common potions. Who gets to choose the rare potions ?
2. Chael's herbalism kit can craft Antitoxin, Candles, Healer’s Kit, and Potions of Healing
I thought you wanted to craft potions? I've simplified the crafting process and I thought you wanted to use alchemist supplies to make potions?
If needed I will just pick a few potion and put them in the loot and skip the craft process.
You could also RP your crafting process.. Pax spends his time brewing and mixing the ingredients he finds to craft the following potions. He makes the following potions for the group to pick from. "I have made the following potions for us to use. Here is what I was able to make from what I found after the fight."
You could add more theatrics and embellish more on the RP discussing things with the others. UP to you.
You let me know what you want to do.

Everyone grabbed their loot and moves towards the location the Yuan-ti clued them in on before leaving the area.
A camp just up ahead. Imp signals to Pax there's nothing there that they can tell, yet.
How does the group plan to act on the information they gained. The time is closing in on evening meal and the light is still about an hour from sunset.
Actions:
Map You are75ft off the map..The map edge to the center of the map (just a bit west of the fire pit) for distance I'm counting the squares as 5ft per square. That puts you 150ft from the center of the map. It 30 squares from edge to edge East to West..You are coming from the East to the West towards the camp.
