As sneakily as a child attempting to get fresh cookies, Rosa moves westward through the hallway. Unfortunately, the less-than-successful attempts to be quiet distract him from watching where his feet are going and suddenly he drops from sight. As you land with a thud, you feel spikes stabbing into your flesh! Take 4 bludgeoning damage and 15 piercing damage as you tumble ten feet into a hole in the ground with a floor covered in ancient steel spikes!
The chanting is getting steadily louder the deeper into the hall you go, but you cannot make out any of the words just yet.
"Everyone- take care there could be more traps!" Tengen moves a little forward trying to weave past a few of the other members of the party. "Rosa, oh my, are you ok?" She turns to the others "Who has some rope we need to get Rosa out! I can heal them afterwards Or if Rosa can't move lower me down instead."

(No save at all? Alrighty then) As Rosa falls and gets pierced multiple times, the surprise prevents his anger from ignoring the wounds and he falls unconscious. (Woo!)
(OOC: Yeah. Since no one made an explicit point of using perception as you went down the hallway I went with your passive perception score as the lead person and it just missed the mark for the spiky trap they hid under some rotting floorboards. Death House is no joke, apparently. Evil evil traps.)
"hold on there Rosa!" says Grythek as he takes out the rope from his backpack " We will take you out in no time.." he says as he handles the rope to the others to help him pull her out of the pit.

Grythek descends and he cast Cure wounds on her.

Edit: hahaha I knew it! A 1 on athletics. Drama sailor if the help of the rope gives him advantage 11 if not he will cast another cure wounds on himself next round after healing Rosa. For 4
The rope would absolutely give you advantage on the climb, making it an easy descent into the pit where you can restore eight hit points to Rosa, negating the need for any Death Saves. Rosa, as you blink your eyes open, you see Grythek near you, and the now-blood coated spikes all around you. With the set up you all have, it would be either an advantaged Athletics check from you and Grythek or an advantaged strength check from Muirdan while you hold on to get you two up.
Muirdan easily hauls both Rosa and Grythek up out of the pit. As you look at the situation, anyone would be able to clear the pit with a simple running jump (no Athletics required even), it's only 5 feet across. There isn't really a good lip to sneak around on, however.
"A moment, lad," says Muirdan, as he ties the rope around his hammer, and tosses it 6 feet to the other side of the bit. When it lands on solid floor (assuming it does), he says "Can never be too careful here," and only then does he jump to the other side.

“It looks like hurting” replies Grythek with a smile “ Let’s get out of here” he says to Rosa and help him get out of the pit.
