(Sorry all, it's been a week. We had to put our dog done Monday afternoon, and I had three days worth of dental work done. Finally back to thinking clearly.)
Most of the group makes their way from the chamber, leaving Creak on the dais with the apparitions staring darkly at him.
Ongoing Map:
If we're ready to leave and explore other rooms, I'd like to go into the unexplored section next to this one,

Xenophon: Topaz Dragonborn Fighter (ixi's Dragon of Icespire Peak)
OOC: Huh. What’s that pile of gook in the alcove? I don’t think I saw that before. Can Creak take a peek?
(OoC: That was the pile of refuse i had Gralwynn tear through)
Gralwynn takes up a position next to the door of the unexplored room beside the one thy just exited, and raises her hand, channeling Guidance for whoever wants to attempt to open the door.
(OOC: Yup, that was me totally missing that Gralwynn was going through that pile. Using your roll from earlier....)
Gralwynn, as you get close to the refuse pile and start to prod it slightly, looking more for vermin and the like, you discover that it isn't just refuse after all. Quiet the opposite, it appears to be living plant material, which is made more clear when two glowing yellowish eyes flicker open and peer back into your eyes for a moment before the creature rises to it's nearly 9 foot height.
As it rises, the chanting apparitions change their message, their disembodied voices now chanting "The end comes! Death, be praised!"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seeing the creature move, Creak let’s out a silent shocked expression and stabs the creature in the eye with his rapier, Attack: 15 Damage: 10 piercing + 6 sneak attack damage! Creak then back handsprings back 30ft with Disengage.

Heart pounding at the sight of the creature rising from the midden, Rynna's hands flash through the signs for fire bolt and as she speaks the trigger word, fire bursts from her hands.
(Rat Spirit. The rat spirit lurks in the shadows weaving silently without detection. When a creature makes an attack roll against you or an ally in the spirit's aura, you can use your reaction to grant disadvantage to that attack roll. In addition, you and your allies have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks while in the aura. Aura is a 30 ft radius.)
Adric, Creak, and Balmaris move into range of the creature and let loose with a barrage of physical strikes, each making wet thwacking sounds as their assault connects with the moist plant matter. A mote of flame weaves through combat, splashing against the middle of the creature, causing a little scorch mark to appear, though not nearly as well as it normally would, due to the damp nature of the beast. As this happens, behind the trio of attacker, a warped skeletal rat appears, broken and purpley. You all feel a slight twinge as an aura of magic settles over you, giving you that feeling of nimbleness over you. Gralwynn, how do you want to use your reaction for the disadvantage? Should I assume with one enemy you use it every round it attacks?
The creature takes aim at Adric as Creak bounds out of the way.
13 for 15 bludgeoning damage. 14 for 8 bludgeoning damage.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Were those two rolls for one attack with disadvantage or two separate attacks? Because Adric will use luck for the first attack roll if those were for two separate attacks.
Luck: 18

Gralwynn, disengages from the creature, not wanting to be too close, and gets behind Aldric. "Not the life I was looking for!"
She then gathers her focus and calls on an spirit totem, but this one... it's twisted and ragged. It appears to be... a rat!?

Gralwynn, seeing her meatshield start to waver, desides to deign him with a little blessing
She follows him and casts Cure Wounds healing for 5 hp.
"This thing is big, but how fast is it? Can we get it to the altar?"
(OoC: yeah, use the reaction for his attack, since he gets two, the pecking order on who i want it to affect should the situation arise is:
Gralwynn > Aldric > Balmaris > Rynna > Creak > the missing guy)
