Using his Historical Knowledge feature, can he ascertain if the silverware is valuable?
When you enter a ruin or dungeon, you can correctly ascertain its original purpose and determine its builders, whether those were dwarves, elves, humans, yuan-ti, or some other known race. In addition, you can determine the monetary value of art objects more than a century old.
“Yeah- Fog- Well, this night hasn’t gone to plan.- Where in the Nine are we?- Wait, who are you, you ain’t no bird- Know what I’m saying?”
It looks like I failed to mention a door that is on the top wall as you exit the stairs onto the second floor, right at the top of the staircase. Adric and Reed arrive at the top of the stairs near the same time. Adric, you swing open the remaining closed door and a simple room that contains a pair of beds with straw-stuffed mattresses. At the foot of each bed is an empty footlocker without lids. There is a single door on the wall to the left of the door that stands open to a closet, revealing a pair of clean servant's outfits.

Gralwynn, your inspection of the kitchen leads you to no further shiny silverware. There are some duller pieces that look like they may have been used for every day normal dining, but not formal use. Rough-made iron without polish.
Creak, you wouldn't judge the silverware as being an art piece necessarily, but you do figure that they are of fine quality. They'd likely fetch a reasonable price at the right type of vendor. Call it 5 silver pieces per utensil or 6 gold per complete set.
(Friendly DM reminder, since we aren't sitting around a table. If you are wanting to check places for specific things, please be specific. For example, Silvana did a great job with this of calling out that they were checking the statues for movement as she moved by them. Both rooms have been peeked into, but not actually inspected or searched or anything of that nature. There may be things to find if you put forth the effort to search.)
Gralwynn takes a few sets of utensils, and once more all of the forks, she also looks for a small bag to hold her new collection in, perhaps an emptied potato sack? This is a kitchen after all.
Looking at the new member of the party, Gralwynn says "you can keep those spoons, I've used them for why I took them, I need them no longer. Consider it a... welcome gift!" She flashes a devious grin, her yellow pointed teeth sticking out in the relative darkness.
(I should note, we've been exploring with torches and darkvision, but we haven't been turning on the lights we find, maybe change that?)
Gralwynn, you can easily find sacks in the pantry area. Take your pick of size from a small pouch to a bag that's about 4 feet by 2 feet (think 100 lb sack for potatoes).
Creak tilts his head in a very birdy manner. Seeming worth keeping, Creak tucks them into his pockets. He mimics, “A... welcome gift!- Thanks- What’re you doin’ here, birdbrain? Ye better not cause me trouble.- Hunting for treasure?”
Gralwynn takes two small pouches, for component storage/sorting, as well as a large bag of 2ft by 2ft. Then she takes a bit of salt and puts it into one of the pouches.
Facing Creak, she says "you take a bag too, take and keep what you think you can get away with, but you will nab every fork you see, and give them to me. There's more shiny in the dining room, but I'm heading up, be quick to follow.", putting on a deepness to her voice, so as not to be overheard, and so that the gravity of the forks business is made clear.
I will investigate the second floor room in the north west corner. I assume I can feel the walls don’t quite fit neatly together and there is a hidden void. I want to check the desk for switches or hidden panels.
Creak waits till she leaves before looking at the bag, mutter, “You will nab every fork you see, and give them to me.- First rule, Creak, no coin, no business.” Tweeting to himself like a clever bird, he’ll grab one fork, put it in the bag, and follow Gralwynn upstairs at a safe distance.

Gralwynn reaches the 2nd floor and calls out to her compatriots in a sharp, hissing whisper "Reed, Adric! Fin, Silv! I've found something you might want to know about!" Calling them into the second floor hallway.
Reed, you look around the library, glancing all over the desk and the shelves looking for anything. As you dig through the desk, you find an oil lamp, a jar of black ink, a quill pen, a tinderbox, and a letter kit with a red wax candle, four sheets of blank parchment, and a wooden seal with a windmill on it. Inside the drawer is nothing but an iron key.
As you move on to the bookshelves, still searching for a switch or something of that, you see many hundreds of books with titles that indicate history, warfare, and alchemy. Several of the shelves have first edition collections of poetry and fiction. Oddly, two of them stand out. One is about two-thirds along the wall, four shelves up; the other is on the bottom shelf, nearer to the entry. Their spines are completely blank, and not covered in the same kind of leather as the others. One is red, the other is green.

Creak walks up behind Gralwynn and looks around, “What’re we looking at?” He then pulls out a fork and hands it out to her, “Nab any forks you see and give them to me.- Boom, job done.”

Finlan will move into the room with the beds and go into the small room nearby it.
Do I need to make any rolls?
Which small room nearby the room with the beds? The little square space near the bottom of the bedroom?

That's just a closet. There are a few servant uniforms hanging on wooden pegs. :)
