After Jessa gives the command, the tower begins to creak and rumble, as it animates, reorienting itself and begins to move in the general direction of Fortitude. As it starts moving the mimir chimes in: "Fortitude! Gate town for Arcadia! Lovely place if you like everything just so and everyone to stay just so. Currently run by the Spotless Seven and guarded by four elemental storm lords. You, uh, have all your papers in order, right? Checked your hair length to be at regulation?"
(Anyone make an Insight check: DC 12)
The mimir said it was missing data, but it seems to know about Fortitude. You can reasonably conclude that you won't find any pertinent information about the modron while visiting Fortitude. You might consider trying to find out what data it's missing to help narrow down your search. (You are of course more than welcome to go to Fortitude anyway!)
Jessa looks at the mimir. "We need papers?" (OOC - Would Jessa know if papers are needed? Or what the regulations are? Her background is she grew up in a gate-town connected to Fortitude and had been there.)
Sizzle contemplates the skulls words before being distracted by the words of the Githyanki. A small skull automation was much less interesting than an automation the size of a tower such as this. The goblin's eyes went wide and he began studying both the large robot and it's driver before slowing opening his mouth to speak.. "So uh... well I think we all appreciate the ride but uhh.... What's in it for you?" he asks with suspicion.
Jessa would know there probably aren't actual papers needed, but it's more of a poke at the strict adherence to following rules and order. The have a very draconian HOA there (but they're also very nice people with an eye for beauty).
Zaythir looks at Sizzle. "Are you asking me, or the Castellan? It can understand you but cannot speak back. I am not the driver though, it drives itself. I suppose you could say I turn it on when it's time to move. As for what is in it for me, this is ancestral property. My kind has been studying the multiverse for ages. You rescued me by disposing of those fiends who would corrupt this place for their own ends. While I cannot let you use it on your own, I am more than willing to help you around. Besides, your missing modron is a curious affair, I think I should like to know what happened as well."
After seeming rather disconnected from the conversation... and maybe from reality as well for a bit there... Marduk appears next to Jessa as the tower starts to move.
"Heading home I see..." He frowns at the mimir, "Hey... I'm going to assume there's nothing important about Fortitude since this thing seems to know quite a bit about it." He shrugs, hands still in his pockets as he looks to the rest of the group, "I don't really care where we go and this isn't really my quest so its up to the rest of you if you want to go there anyways I suppose... though Jessa does have a right to return home if she wishes, regardless."
Looking to the mimir again he asks, "Tell me about each of the gate towns."He waits for to see if it stumbles over one or forgets one completely.
As he does this, he glances at Zaythir, brow farrowing slightly as she answers Sizzle's question. "Curious affair? I'm guessing modron's aren't stolen often? Or wait... was it stolen or did it just wander off... I don't remember." He glances at the rest of the group, then shrugs and continues addressing Zaythir, "Or is the fact that this mimir is missing data that is curious?"
Bedlam: Destination Pandonium. Hold on to yer hats and minds there! Blasted winds will blow anything and everything away, and not just your physical things. Ecstasy: Destination Elysium. Keep calm and carry on here. Day and night. Be happy and content and don't let your emotions run wild. Fortitude: (repeats earlier info) Hopeless: Destination Hades. Ever had one of those days where you just didn't feel like doin' nothin'? That's all you do here, nothin'. Drab and apathetic. Boooooring. Plague-Mort: Destination Abyss. Watch your back. Turn your head around and watch it you can. I wouldn't even trust my own body there. Ribcage: Destination Nine Hells of Baator. Some evils are better than others, right? Make a deal with a devil if that's your thing and move up the chain. Torch: Destination Gehenna. Never has there been a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. You don't like the sort but hey, maybe it's your thing. Tradegate: Destination Bytopia. Bytopia road, Bytopia road, street where the riches of ages are stowed. Traders and inventors of all kinds. Maybe I can get a new face, ha! Xaos: Destination Limbo. No not that stupid party game. Pure unadulterated chaos in every way imaginable. Don't think too hard.

Zaythir shrugs once. "I don't think it was stolen, it wandered off on its own. I'm not sure a modron investigating things is all that unusual, though I find it curious you all are looking for it so intently. And yes, missing data is also curious, but not surprising either, seeing how damaged the mimir was."
"Hmm, it seems like Fortitude is not one of the places you need to go find your modron thing," Jessa says. "But maybe you could just pass by there and drop me off? I'm sure it wouldn't delay you too much."
"Yeah I was talking to you Zaythir" The goblin replies as he continues to look around. "Well I appreciate the lift either way I guess.... maybe one day I'll make one of these contraptions for my self..." He says trailing off and before looking to Jessa. "So you looking to bail on our little group are you?"
Jessa shrugs. "I don't think I was really ever a part of your group. A coincidence I got here... somehow." She pauses as she again realizes she doesn't really have any clue how she got there. "But if there's an easy path home, I think I'll take it."
