The first thing Yuno does is walk around town, checking the shops. She doesn't exactly need magical equipment right now. Rather, what she wanted was armors and weapons of mundane metal and hide. She was feeling exposed without proper armor and weapons.
Not sure if a normal shop is here. Would like to buy (If within budget):

Once Yuno has bought her new gear, she mutters, "Well... there goes all that gold. I've gotta find some way to make some cash and quick." She still has some gold left, enough to lay low for maybe a week or more. Plenty of time for her to get a room at the inn and then see if there's any way to make money... preferably one that can scratch that murderous itch.

Yuno gets to the inn. She secures a room for a couple of days and takes a bath. It's been a long journey on the road. (1 GP). Then after she had a meal (1 SP), she heads over to the quest board to see the choices.
She first takes a look at the Silverwood quests. She shakes her head, "Too many undead." Undead don't bleed very well or show fear. Yuno never liked fighting undead. Her eyes are drawn to Deadman's Gulch. She smiles, "Bandits huh? My sister got killed by bandits. Might be fun fighting some of those..." She muses. After resting, Yuno decides to make her way to the gulch.
She decides to keep to the shadows and keep her eyes open. She is alone and so doesn't want to get jumped by bandits.

As Yuno walks down the valley, she sniffs the air. She feels the scent of bandits. She dips down into a small cave system and begins moving through it, following the scent. The cave system leads her closer to her prey, four bandits, two on either side of the road. She slowly attempts to get closer to them without being seen so she can take out one or even two bandits before they can even know what's going on.

The bandits are unaware of her presence as she moves. However, when she gets close (30ft) a bandit suddenly feels something is off and manages to spot Yuno, approaching with her twin swords. He quickly shouts to the others to alert them.

Round 1:
The bandits quickly raise their crossbows to shoot down Yuno. "Tsk" Yuno huffs before bolting toward the first group and trying to take cover behind the rocks those bandits were hiding behind (1/2 cover).

The first bandit quickly drops his crossbow and gets ready to gut Yuno with his scimitar but he never gets the chance. Yuno impales him through the chest with both of her bastard swords. She kicks him in the chest, causing him to fall to the ground, dead before he even makes impact. The other bandit brights his sword down on Yuno's head but she effortlessly intercepts the sword with her own blade. Crossbow strings twang as bolts are sent flying. They go wide, missing Yuno.

Yuno does a mock Yawn. As more crossbow bolts whizz past her body, she lunges at the bandit's stomach with her sword while her other sword still locks his weapon in a bind. The bandit sides steps her attack and breaks the bind in the process. He gets behind her and tries to slash her back but Yuno spins around just in time. With a clash of metal blades, she deflects the blow to the side with her left sword. "Not bad!" She compliments the bandit's maneuver before she goes in for a lunge with her right sword.

Yuno's sword stabs the bandit in the chest, an attack she is quick to follow up with a slash with her left blade that decapitates the bandit. But before Yuno could admire her own work she lets out a yelp of pain as she feels a crossbow bolt embed itself in her shoulder. Turning around, she pulls the blot out of her shoulder and makes a mad rush towards the other pair of bandits that's been shooting at her this whole time. She leaps into the air and goes over the rock and lands behind the two bandits. She lunges with her left sword to try and stab one in the back before it can block her.

Cor was an acolyte once, so named for the head of his elvish pantheon. As he was initiated into the deeper mysteries, he couldn't help but think ... 'why?' Why were all the elves punished? Why were the home planes lost? Why were the tribes of elves diminished and scattered? Why did they continue to worship and thank those who could so quickly be callous and cruel? Why could those gods who loved them, bring themselves to be so distant and severe? Travelling has not yet found him any answers, but it has exposed him to the spirits of many realms, and in his time he has begun to gather more and more occult secrets. He explores Evergreen Hollow now, following a lead on arcana that is said to dwell somewhere in the region...

Yuno's lunge lands true. With a splash of blood and a yelp of pain, her sword plunges into the bandit's back. The other bandit quickly drops his crossbow and goes in for a slash with his scimitar. "Nice try" Yuno says and with a swing her right sword she strikes the scimitar, knocking it away while pulling her other scimitar out of the bandit's back. As she turns to face the bandit who's attack she just deflected, she notices from the corner of her eyes, the bandit that she had just stabbed in the back coming from behind her to return the favor. Yuno quickly hops to the side to dodge the attack, turning around to face the bandit as it moves in front of her. She winds up a swing with her right sword aiming down at the bandit's neck.
Yuno's sword lands cleanly on the back of the bandit's neck, decapitating him. "And then there was only one." Yuno says as she turns to face the last bandit. The bandit is unnerved facing off against this crazy girl that had dispatched the whole squad of bandits without any significant damage. He holds the scimitar up, ready to defend. He swings but Yuno effortlessly dodges. Laughing maniacally, she thrusts her sword towards the bandit's chest.
Yuno's sword strikes true and impales the last bandit through the chest before he can attack her. As the last bandit drops, Yuno cackles, "Ah that was fun!" She begins loading the bandit corpses into the wagon and begins heading back to the Hollow to collect her reward and rest up. She had spent 3 days total in this adventure. On the way back, she looks up at the golden evening sky and wonders if there's a bandit camp nearby with a boss bandit that she can raid next.
Back at the Hollow she would collect her bounty and spend a couple of days relaxing at the tavern (1 GP). She hears the cake there is good (2 SP)
As well as buy 10 days worth of rations (5 GP), a Long Bow (50 GP) and Arrows (1 GP)
Write as little or as much of a backstory as you like, include your gear, your stats, anything you wish to share: Fuifui Cragshadow was born aboard The Silver Drake, a merchant ship where she grew up learning the ropes—literally and figuratively—alongside its rugged crew. When a violent storm claimed her parents, she barely survived, thanks to sheer luck and her quick reflexes. The ship's cartographer, a practical and no-nonsense mentor, took her under his wing, teaching her navigation and survival skills to help her stay sharp in a dangerous world. After a brutal pirate attack left The Silver Drake in ruins and the crew scattered, Fuifui felt lost but determined to carve out a new path. She joined a remote monastery, channeling her energy into mastering her body and mind, blending her sea-honed agility with the discipline of monastic life.
Optional DALE prompt so I can post a photo of your character: "Portrait of a weathered woman with slight Asian features, white sun-tanned skin, black hair with a blue hue in the light, and dark green eyes that glow emerald at night. She has a lean, compact build, wearing a dark gray tunic, with a calm and focused expression, reflecting wisdom and dexterity. The background subtly suggests a nautical theme."

If you track XP here, you can level on your character sheet. Or if you're like me, switch your character to manage XP (instead of milestones) and you can add the XP rewards to your dndbeyond sheet.
As for encounters, there are now a couple new encounters for 2nd level characters. I'd encourage players to keep earning XP from the 1st lelevel tables. Roll or cherry pick encounters.

Fuifui enters the Silverwood Forest with silent steps, her instincts sharpened by years at sea and now refined by her monastic training. The shadowy trees loom over her like specters, and the air feels thick with ancient, unseen forces. Her eyes dart between the shifting shapes around her, sensing the illusionary magic at work. As she presses deeper, her breath steady, she suddenly spots two skeletons, their hollow eyes glowing faintly under the dim canopy.
Without a moment’s hesitation, Fuifui slides silently behind a broad tree trunk, pulling her dark gray tunic close and sinking into the deeper shadows. She stills her breath, her body blending with the darkened underbrush, her mind focused as she calls upon her discipline to become one with the forest’s shadowy veil. From her hidden position, she observes the skeletons, waiting for the right moment to either strike or slip past unnoticed.
