Chromir brings up a good point regarding the differing movement rates of the PCs.
If they were running toward the sawmill, Navrine (40' movement) would have gotten there first, followed by Chromir (35' movement), followed by Cassian & Doc (30' movement each).
I don't want to separate the heroes by rounds and rounds and rounds of actions ... so let's say that it only took 150' of movement to arrive on the map.
Two full rounds of move+dash in other words ... and then a little left over (or, in the case of our slower folks, two full rounds of movement ... and then a little left to complete).
-With two full rounds of 40' movement, Navrine moves 160' of the required 150' and may begin her first round on the map with a surplus of 10' (an extra 10' in other words to spend on top of any first round actions).
-With two full rounds of 35' movement, Chromir moves 140' of the required 150' and may begin his first round as if he has already moved 10'. (he will have 25' movement left, in other words, for round one)
-With two full rounds of 30' movement, Cassian and Doc move 120' of the required 150' and may begin their first round placed on the map as if they had already spent 30' of movement.
I can swap init with Doc or Chromir if you guys like? It"s "Initiative Swap. Immediately after you roll Initiative, you can swap your Initiative with the Initiative of one willing ally in the same combat. You can’t make this swap if you or the ally has the Incapacitated condition." If one of you guys want?

I am not sure how everyone else is viewing this, but if my hunch is correct and one of them is a werewolf, Chromir is planning on trying to grapple a werewolf and hopefully diffuse the situation keeping both Darin and Luna alive. I do realise there is a decent chance that won't be possible, but Chromir is going to try. He does have +4 for athletics (with advantage due to raging). Also if needed, while raging he has +2 and advantage to intimidation (as opposed to -1 and no advantage outside of a rage)
In fact, grapple has changed now to be an unarmed strike, and then they make a save. So the advantage doesn't help at all. It is just a DC12 for them to escape the grapple.
Yes, keeping them both alive would be Cass' preference as well, though he may need it pointed out IC that the werewolf transformation isn't permanent. Not sure how much about them is common knowledge IC.
Even if it was permanent, it doesn't mean going mindless. They can try and still be good. Or go into the wilds to save others from risking being attacked by them in a full moon
Posted, since I can dash as a bonus action, Can I hold an unarmed strike as an action if I get within 5 feet of a combatant. (Non-lethal attacks: Nav would want to try and incapacitate rather than kill, if possible?)
If I am right with werewolves involved, I am currently suspecting the Baron (or still Luna, and she isn't actually dead, just mostly dead before a surprise attack)
It's not a bad idea. As long as we aren't split up at nighttime if my theory holds any truth

No rush. Thanks for the heads up.
I will swap init with who ever in the party wants it though, Nav would follow the rest of the group and jump to their defense in a heartbeat.

Cass is fine going last.
Doc will take that swap.

Nav will let Chromir go ahead of her so she can see where she needs to position herself so she can support both of them.

Apologies, gang. I just realized that I posted this in the IC. Was totally meant for the OOC.
I try not to clutter the IC with this kind of stuff (and here I am doing it!).

I'm glad that Cassian is going last lol. If he busted in there first and saw a monster attacking a person he would smite without thinking.
@Navrine, @Cassian, would you like to declare actions for this round?
