Alwyn dodges nimbly out of the barrage of arrows, catching the last one in stride. With his swift movement he takes out his short bow and fires twice at the goblins.

Soga will keep charging beside Dagran to put himself between the enemy and the rest of the party. As he moves, he’ll whisper a word under his breath, casting Toll the Dead at the goblin Alwyn left wounded.
Edit: If one of the goblins is within five feet of that target, it hits him, too.
