Not being able to attune to any more items, Vanizi too would refuse the ring. But she does thank Mercy for the item. "And indeed, we will be sure to bring back your docent." She would not be first in line but could follow up behind Zyl and Davis.
In the Last War’s climactic final years, Cyran artificers crafted massive war machines called colossi. One of the nation’s greatest specimens was deployed to the battlefield just as the Day of Mourning swept over Cyre and destroyed the nation. Instead of teleporting to the front lines, however, this colossus appeared miles away, half-buried in the face of a soaring mountain. It now looms empty and foreboding over Mount Ironrot’s eastern flank. The experimental magic that powers Landro continues to function, creating a magical force field around the colossus that prevents access as far as you can tell. You can see a cave near the colossus that leads into the mountain... DC20 Perception:
It looks like there may be additional cave entrances further up the mountain...
Zyl was beginning to lament her dwindling stash of brownies so she didn't see much besides the giant statue, but at the mention of something higher up she looks at Vanizi. "You think something is up there? I can fly up and look around maybe."Zyl wiggled her winds a bit.
"Yes we will, and thanks for the gift. I hope you and the Cyrans have a prosperous time, and we will return soon."
[Davis doesn't mind leading as a tank, but it may be better if someone with survival skills leads?
Any takers on the ring of feather falling? I have one attunement slot left but don't have any attachment to the ring]
Zyl can fly so she probably doesn't need the ring, but she led the group before and doesn't mind trekking off first again. (Survival: 21)

Love God. Love Others. Any Questions?

As Vanizi looks over the colossus, she muses, "Perhaps the cave there could provide a way in. Or maybe a cave higher up?"

Try this again! :)

Davis squints but can't see these caves. "Be careful" he says to Zyl.
Vanizi nods her head to Zyl. "Yea, looks like more cave entrance further up the mountain. Check them out, though we could try the lower one first."
