Bronnryn takes in the beauty of the pleasure gardens as they enter. "I will see you in time to grab dinner before the opera?" she says to the others. "I think I could use a nice soak and massage," she tells one of the attendants. She takes advantage of the time to relax, then moves on to a nice dinner, and an enjoyable time at the opera. Getting a full night's rest back at the Mask temple, she is ready well in advance to meet the carriage in the morning.
The bard is relieved to see the sun after being stuck in his room all day yesterday. Still, at least he made some good headway on studying the tome. He takes in the countryside with interest as they head to Copperton, particularly enjoying the fresh air.
"Hm, lovely surroundings, but there's not enough potential adoring fans for my taste,"he remarks with a smirk as they climb from the carriage. He politely helps the ladies down, of course, being the pinnacle of chivalry.

The young dark-haired lady would of course let herself be helped out of the carriage, giving the small inn a scrutinizing look. "They just don't know you here yet dearest, a night of performance at this inn and you will have adoring fans falling over themselves to be near you." She says with an amused smile. "Perhaps we shall eat and make reservation at the inn before visiting that masion?" She sueggests as she heads inside.
"Why thank you Mavilius," Bronnryn comments as the tiefling helps her out of the carriage. "This is a lovely place," she says. "And you can worry about adoring fans later." She nods with Delilah. "Yes, we should check in first."
The door to the Inn opens for a moment you are puzzled but then a low voice makes you look down.
Welcome to the Leaping Fish, I'm Simon the innkeeper. Your rooms are made up, and dinner may be served when you are ready. It's baked salmon tonight with roasted red roots and salmon roe on the side if you like them. I was told that one of you is a bard, we have quite the crowd tonight with everyone fishing and smoking the autumn catch of Salmon. Are you here to enjoy the fishing?
"Baked salmon sounds lovely!" Bronnryn replies to Simon. "Can't say as I'm here for fishing though. Have a bit of business you know. Well, I'm here mainly to make sure the papers are all filled out properly." She rolls her eyes, trying to imply how boring such a task would be. "Not exciting, but someone's got to do it I guess." She pauses a moment, "Might be fun though to try some fishing if time allows."
"If our rooms are ready perhaps we should check them out. How long until dinner is served?" she asks.
Simon showed you to your rooms, all wood and quilts. The mattresses are soft with feather pillows.
We have a bath house out back, local thermal spring. First dinner is at 2 bells, second dinner at 4, evening meal starts at 6 until 9. Do relax we have more that just salmon on the menu, though it is good and fresh. Half board is included and I've already been paid, 4 days, if you need the rooms longer I can arrange that.
"Well isn't this quaint and cosy."The young dark-haired lady says to herself as she steps inside the Leaping Fish Inn, listening as Bronnryn converses the innkeeper. "Yes, we have some business to attend to in the morning but depending on the outcome of that we could possibly have time for some relaxing and enjoying local pastimes as well."She says with a pleasant smile as she follows the inkeeper to see her room, seeming fairly pleased with what she is shown. "You know I've heard about this place Delphi mansion around here. Rumour has it that there is a scholar living there now?" She says, hoping the innkeeper would pick up the subject and share what he knows.
Mavilius’ golden eyes light up the moment Simon mentions a crowd, and he wastes no time slipping his lute from its case and plucking a few idle strings as though they demanded immediate attention. “Ah, an inn full of fishermen and fresh catch? Truly, the gods themselves have conspired to give me an audience and a theme all in one.” He listens to Bronnryn and Delilah’s conversation with the man, trying to pick up particularly on his reaction when asked about the mansion.

High Cleric Althea had set a wakeup call for the companions. They tumble out of bed reluctantly, after a good night on the town.
The coach had arrived for them, there was no one else aboard and just as well since the seats were sumptuous enough to relax and sit in comfort.
Six hours later you arrive in Copperton, an old mining community known for its wealth and forests. The coach draws up at the Leaping Fish inn.
