One bell tolled from the Temple District (OOC they use 12hr clock)
Thistle zipped through the doorway of the Museum as some students arrived and held the door open for each other.
He paused in the Entrance Hall looking at the Seadragon. Maestro of Mayhem he'd been called, and it made him smile. Perhaps he could use the Seadragon as well. He flew up to examine the skeleton. It was held aloft by chains, too thick for him to cut through but loose enough to swing on, it would look like the Seadragon bones were coming to life. Something to do after fixing the Allosaurus to run amok. His grin became pure mischief. He shrugged his shoulders and flew up to the second floor.
The Allosaurus just stood there and Thistle judged that it hadn't moved in years, the dust thick on the head. He carefully flew around it from top to bottom. In the area of the lower chest he found a patch of skin a darker colour than the rest and pulled at it, his claws sinking into the sides of the door then flicking it open. He could see a cockpit full of levers, and a mirror reflecting the view from the eyes so he could see where he was going. The cockpit was just the right size for him. Should he just wait here or should he explore a little? Decisions, decisions.
"I ain't made of money, Adrian," she says as she pulls her pouch of coins out, weighted by the 'expenses' fund the High Cleric had given her. She was hoping she could pocket most of it.
"Okay, fine, I'll take one. Will you buy it back if I don't use it?" she asks with a mischievous grin.
If this heist works you'll have a share in the goods liberated, it just seems a high price until you actually need it. Sorry we don't buy potions back, but it will stand you in good stead. We will of course act as a fence for your goods, best prices for gemstones and especially those rare enough to go on the altar of Mask. You'll be comfortably off for a while.
"Okay, okay. You had me at gemstones," she says, offering over the 66 gold pieces. There is a moment of reluctance before she finally places the sum in Adrian's hands.
He scribbles in his ledger and rings the bell again giving the young man who responded another chitty. The boy looked at an age where he'd be apprenticed to a trade. You wondered which one this was the Temple of Mask after all.
You're right Kyreth, the invisibility potion costs 180GP.
The tiny mischievous fey is brimming with excitement over the prospect of wreaking havoc in the pompous museum with it's pompous people, having to restrain himelf to not take the Allosaurus for a test drive, instead focusing on trying to understand the basics over how to start the thing and how to manuever it, although the latter part would be best left to later to some extent.
Having already allocated his funds elsewhere, the tiefling enjoys a glass of wine while working to flesh out his song, inkpen dancing along parchment busily.
Thistle remembers the little toy Allosaurus, perhaps it has the same controls as the larger one. Flying out of the Allosaurus he flew unseen down to the Entrance Hall and stealthily looked through the shop. He unwraps a toy carefully and pockets it. Certain that he could solve the puzzle, he took the toy back upstairs with him. Slipping back into the cockpit he opened the door on the toy and compared the levers. They were the same! He experimented with the levers one at a time and set the toy on the floor lifting his feet out of the way. He was ready, and pulling the middle lever he slightly moved the head listening for noise and watching through the mirror. That worked, now all he had to do was wait!
Back in her chiffon mask, Althea watched Mavilius composing. She deliberately made a noise and came out of stealth, smiling slightly at his start.
I know that you are busy, and this will just take a moment. You may want to add a normal lute to the bag, that is if you are interested in the enchanted Doss lute in the gemstone wing, you'll need something to equal its weight on the display stand. It's a bardic instrument from the Moonshaes, inlaid in gold and mother of pearl, with golden dwarven strings. Its also one of a kind meant for the queen, she couldn't master it so she gave it to the Museum.
A soft knock at the door of the Map room makes Adrian turn. He gestures at the boy to lay the goods on the table then waves him away. Here you are. Are you sure there's nothing else that I can do for you he asks Kyreth and Exa. When do you need to leave?
At the mention of the Doss lute, Mav's entire posture shifts—interest piqued, expression brightening with barely restrained delight. “An enchanted lute?” he echoes, leaning forward as if the mere idea could be snatched from the air. “Gold and pearl, you say? Meant for a queen? Well, it’s about time my old instrument got an upgrade.”He smirks, already mentally weighing his current lute against the imagined prize. “Thank you, truly. I’ll make sure to add it to the bag. It would be a shame for something that exquisite to remain trapped behind glass, wouldn’t it?”
I thought that you would appreciate it, and yes it is a shame that such a beautiful lute just sits there gathering dust. I'll leave you to your inspiration. She turns away and moves towards the door.
The tiny mischievous fey takes a sweep look around the museum to look for anything that his mistress would appreciate before speeding back to her to report, ready to head back into the drivers seat well before the gala.
"Is there somewhere more private where I can change and relax until the gala?" The young dark-haired lady asks Althea while helping herself to a glass of wine.
Certainly, I'll get a cleric to show you to our guest quarters, consider them yours for the duration. She pulls a bell cord twice and a young cleric dressed in motley appears in her black mask. Show the Lady Delilah to the green quarters, she'll be staying with us for a while. Thank you. She turns to Delilah I've arranged a carriage to take us to the Museum for 6 bells. As I said I have business there, I'll be gone before the music starts. Do you need anything else?

Exa
Exa collects the items she orders and slips them into the bag of holding to keep them concealed.
"That's all for me, Adrian," she says to the temple quartermaster.
"I want to go a little bit before the ball starts so I can get the lay of the land. I just need to get changed."
She pats the bag of holding.
"Who's going to take this? You or me Kyreth?"
