"If you big people are just going to stand around, I guess I'll go check what the big bad scary monster is," Folzi says while trying to find a way to keep himself warm. Again he goes to rooting around in one of his pockets and pulls out a small ball of amber, gelatinous material. He then says gnomish, "Now you see me...," and he winks out (Invisibility). "Be ready save my bacon,"comes a voice from next to Hrain, and then small boots can be heard padding off down the hall.
(Here are a couple of rolls for Stealth, if needed. Would be at disadvantage because of cold but not sure if being invisible makes it a normal roll: 32, 23)
Folzi disappears ans until speaking to Hrain no obe has a clue where he is! Moving away from the group the Folzi's dark vision lends a limited spectrum to see.
Roll perception please!!

Folzi can hear a skittering and flashes of eyes it seems to be three giant rats! They're covered in a bit of gore! They're about 45ft ahead but are not aware of Folzi.

Folzi returns to the group, staying invisible. Sneaking up to Hrain, "Psst... Three big ol rats down there. Looks like they've been swimming in some guts or something."

"Rats? Sounds like a walk in the park compared to everything else we have encountered so far, we need to head back that way anyway, let's go and say hello. Folzi, can you get in ahead and be ready to act when needed?" the paladin draws his sword quietly and moves up to Thomas "We have some rodents of unusual size up ahead, Folzi will sneak back can you take the light forward, casters be ready to bring them down if they run. Haldur with me, let us try and end this quickly."
Having given Folzi a suitable headstart Hrain moves forward towards the rats making sure Thomas is at his shoulder providing the light source ahead of him.
"Be on your lookout all of you, three rats makes me think the rest of the pack must be nearby."

"Ah I see, if they are in the corridor then yes, Thomas can you cover the light temporarily while Folzi tries to lure them here? someone who can see without the light needs to tell him when to reveal it again."
The mercenary stood attentive with his polearm at the ready, the thought of imminent danger pushing all discomfort and chill from his mind. When the Paladin drew his sword and bade Haldur join him, the young warrior nodded without hesitation. "Yes sir, Captain. I've got your back." He whispered fiercely.
With that Haldur would remain at Hrain's side, following the Captain's lead as they consulted with their companion about how and where best to confront their newest foe.
Folzi quietly ponders for a moment how to lure the rodents back in his invisible form. "Hmm... Wonder if this will work,"pulling a ration out from his pack, he walks back down towards the rats - not concerned about them noticing since he is trying to get their attention. "C'mon you beady-eyed varments... It's dinner time."He begins to break apart the ration and starts to make a trail back towards the group.
(I suspect once it leaves his person the pieces of ration will become visible??)
OOC: We'll say its a 15ft by 15ft semi-circle the party is clumped into and the giant rats are coming from the 5ft narrow tunnel. Are people flanking others? three of the medium size people can stand side by side with three more behind but action are going to be iffy with Haldur's reach weapon and anyone casting magic from behind people!

OOC: Yeah I'll say it was another fork that collapsed. It was 15ft wide.

"Blasting them quietly would be preferable if you can." Hrain whispers. "Who knows what else is down here.."
