Leb tries to concentrate and cross the fallen porticullis with her abilities, but the magic outside the camp were to erratic. She blinks in a cloud of snow but reapears at the same place almost instantly.
She looks to Hrain and says
"Run!" then she mounts the horse and heads to the garrison as fast as the divine mount can move.
As they start to move she calls forth again her inner energies and the snow before the casters start to swirl and condense and with a final movement of her hand the snow melted in a huge wave that crossed the compound and envelopes the casters...
If I am not wrong, her BA is trying to use Fey Step, wich fails.
Her movement is used to mount, then her action to cast Tidal Wave trying to catch as many casters as she can on its area of effect. I think that the area of effect can cover them all but I am not sure.
DEX ST vs 16 or beign knoced prone and suffer 19 bludgeoning damage. Half damage and not prone on success.
As Leb mounts, Father Pat yells out "keep safe soldier"he then looks to the sky and says "Chauntea I expect you to live up your side of our bargain and do your bit to keep him safe!" He then turns and gives the portcullis a kick with his peg-leg "bloody thing" he mutters as he stomps off, occasionally stumbling as he has to pull his peg-leg out of the snow, to join the others.

Just as Father Pat turns to leave the portcullis he realises that Nick Nack is coming back to the Gatehouse with at least 100 feet of rope. Father Pat yells out to Leb "don't you leave yet soldier, Nick Nack here has come with an idea to get the two of you out." He continues "in all my years, I've never left a soldier on the battlefield yet and I don't intend in my twilight years to start now!"
With the portcullis closed and the survivors still split on either side of it, Haldur swears a vicious oath and takes a couple steps back, stymied for the moment on what course of action to pursue next. He glances toward Hrain for guidance, but before he can ask the Captain what their next move is, he hears the voice of Father Pat roaring out from the gate. The mercenary turns and fixes his eyes on the loyal half-orc, and Haldur can feel the conflict within himself at the thought of abandoning such bravery in the pursuit of self-preservation. Still, his loyalty was to Captain Hrain and the Shepherds of Sune... but hadn't his commitment to the cause of his allies gone deeper than contractual obligation by now? He was committed and bound to these people by their shared struggles and by the blood they'd shed together, and though the young warrior would continue to follow Hrain's orders with unquestioning subservience, he could not, in good conscious, leave his fellows behind.
Walking over to Father Pat, Haldur gives the Paladin a sharp nod of acknowledgement and says "Whatever we do, be it flee or fight, we shall do so together." The mercenary then checks that his beloved halberd is nearby and that a bolt is readied in his crossbow, and he glances again toward Captain Hrain for his orders. Though waiting to see what the next course of action may be, Haldur readies himself for whatever else may come.

Lebenha sees that the entrance to the gatehouse is completely ruined and guides the horse back to the porticullis and offers his hand to Artemis to get him on the horse too.
"We can try to reach the other gate... " she says to the others at the other side. " You must no sacrifice for us..." she adds in low voice.
She looks desperately toward the new enemies that approach, and looks again trying to see an entrance to the walls that allow them to acces the interior of the wall and climb above the closed porticullis to jump to the other side.
Perception trying to locate an entance: 24
Movement 15 ft to the place she thought there was an entrance, 15 ft back, and if the rest of the party agrees and it's ok,
If there is no visible entrance then:
" I will cover our escape..." she says and her eyes go white as snow as she concentrates. A heavy blizzard is lift between them and the new casters, obscuring the vision of the casters and they dart off, mirroring the wall as they run towards the other gate. Lebenha keeps the storm between them and the rest of the camp as they run as much as possible towards the other gate.
( Quickened spell to cast Sleet Storm is as BA and using the rest of the movement to start fleeing )
If there is a visible entrance then:
"This should give us some time" says Lebenha. She concentrantes and her eyes turn completly white as snow as she uses her powers. She raises a blizzard between them and the casters, trying to cloack them as they act.
( Quickened spell to cast Sleet Storm is as BA and hoping that Artemis and the rest will use their actions to clear the entrance )
EDIT: second roll with disadvantage for the perception: 18

"Who else has rope?" growls Nicknack the pissed-off gnome as he rushes up to the area near the portcullis, already taking a length of rope off his pack. "And who has a blasted javelin?"
"I need two more lengths of rope this long, dammit! Tied together - tied to a javelin - and thrown over the wall!"

OOC: Leb where are all the spell slots coming from? I'm completely confused. Also you literally posted 4 actions and 2 bonus actions. The if/then game play is too confusing for me dude. If you make an action and it fails, it fails. You don't get a re'do.
Folzi throws down his rope and then looks around to the others. "Our captain there looks to have a few javelins on him."He keeps a nervous eye on the gate waiting on the chroma casters to break through - or a white dragon to return - and then looks to the wide-open landscape to the southeast, towards his freedom.
"Save her, if you can." Hrain projects a mental command to Vihar who rears up and then charges the nearest caster trying to offer another choice of target to the casters bearing down on the magic user he attempts to trample him with his iron-shod hooves.
Attack 12 damage 15
If it hits, DC14 Strength Save or knocked prone and then Vihar can attack as a bonus action
Attack 17 damage 10
If there is no caster within 60' of Vihar he will use his movement to place his body to screen Leb from the casters and ready an action to run like the wind if Leb chooses to mount him (dash as action)
OOC: Sorry I just saw this. Your attack misses.

OOC: The last actions are for the next round as you said in the PM thread that we can post roleplaying our actions. I am not trying to retcon the failed attempt with the Misty Step... I am moving forward as you asked us to do... The spell slots are logged in my CS.
1 3rd lvl slot for the first Sleet Storm, 2 4rd levl slots for the two ice storms, 1 3rd lvl slot for the Tidal Wave, another 3rd level for the "cover" Sleet Storm. That's it.
The only difference is that I posted Two options in case there is an option to find an entrance, so I posted two options from that point so you can move forwad the action without having to wait for me to reply again.
OOC: ONE turn my dude that's all anyone gets. It's only fair. No options. No if/then. That would take forever. Two plans of action failure is failure. It's also my own fault I confused two sleet storms that Arty cast because I'm a dummy. No worries on the spells front. Pick one set of action please.

"I have Javelin's and I have the rope but we have no time." Despite this the Captain hands the equipment over to Nicknack. "We have to move back from here, I do not want to leave her, enough people have been lost already, but we have to trust in her abilities and the speed of Vihar, if necessary, to see her to safety. By the time she could climb that rope those casters will have hit her with a whole host of spells, if she can't find a way inside the towers to the walkway I doubt she can pass this way." Looking around the group as they continue to try and save their companion he sighs "at least those of you who aren't directly helping Nicknack fall back and spread out, I know spells won't have as much chance of success out here but why take chances?" Looking at the young mercenary he smiles "I thought I had judged you well Haldur, a good man, with a good heart, the churches would have been fortunate to have you inside their warrior ranks, I think you may have the strongest arm of us all, and Sune's blessing is still with you. If any of us are likely to make that throw, it will be you. But if this fails I expect you to fall back in orderly fashion, the survival of us as a unit is paramount and we cannot risk everyone for a single life, no matter what our hearts tell us."

She casts the spell and after looking for an exit and not finding it she ran away with Arty on horseback usign the storm to keep them out of sight trying to reach the other gate.
The "option" was just because when I posted it I didn't know if the Perception roll was going to succeed or even if it was a success if threre was o no an exit. I just was trying to expedite things and not make necessary to make four or five posts about it...
Folzi looks back to the gate just in time to see Lebenha blink out from the forcecage. "Shit..."he exclaims to himself. After a moment, he walks back over and collects his rope, throwing it across his body. The gnome gives one last glance back to the prison and sniffs in disgust. "C'mon! Let's get out of here." He pulls his winter cloak tight to protect from the elements and begins to walk away from the camp.... hopefully never to return again.
Seeing Lebenha disappear, Lyra suddenly begins to shake on the spot. It seems like her legs no longer feel like carrying her. For a moment, Lyra seems to be very close to collapsing into the snow, but she somehow manages to pull herself together. Her fists clenched, she slowly begins to walk away from the camp. Her eyes looking nowhere and somewhat hollow, a single tear runs down her cheeck until it freezes only seconds later.
