Now that Lyra's stopped walking she seems awfully pale.
Father Pat walks over to Lyra and says "I am not sure we've formally introduced but I believe I may have seen you around the Camp. My name is Father Patrick Michael O'Shannessy, you may call me Father Pat, or Padre but not Patrick Michael O'Shannessy - only my mother, Chauntea rest her soul, called me that and usually when I was in trouble. She had a voice on her that one, outdid anything I could ever do on a parade ground, now lets have a look here" (Medicine Check: 14). He thinks for a minute and decides to use 5 Hp from his Lay on Hands pool to cure her poison. He says after he has finished "that should make you feel a bit better."
AA or Vy help me out here with what is actually wrong so I can provide the appropriate cure. If the Medicine check fails he will just lay on hands for 10 HP of healing from his Lay on Hands Pool

As he is seeking to heal Lyra he says "it's so cold you wouldn't put a dog out in it(Father Pat's Constitution Check: 18) so make sure you keep warm, you hear?" He then goes over to Haldur and says "right soldier, now that the lady is looked after, lets have a look at you" (Medicine Check: 13). He thinks for a minute and decides that to use 5 Hp from his Lay on Hands pool to cure his poison. He says after he has finished "that should make you feel a bit better."

"Halberd, can you accompany Lyra on the first watch? It seems she is the only one lacking company so far." Accustomed to having his suggestions treated like orders Hrain makes himself comfortable and settles down to sleep immediately, without waiting for a response. "Pat, Nicknack, wake me and Folzi when you need to, we all need our rest tonight, the day has been taxing to say the least."

Haldur nods immediately at Hrain's request. "Yes Captain, absolutely." The young warrior glances over at Lyra and gives a weak smile, but neither of the two seem entirely themselves or in high spirits. The mercenary, in no hurry for sleep and the terrible dreams it may bring, gladly takes a seat by the camp's fire and pulls his winter garments tighter around his form. He slides a cleaning cloth and a whetstone from his small bundle of supplies and proceeds to hone and polish the blade of his halberd poleaxe. Every now and again he looks up to survey the surrounding desolate Waste and to nod reassuringly toward his watch partner, but for the most part he looses himself in the repetitious and relaxing motion of drawing the stone across his weapon. It's a far better thing to focus on than the horrendous events of the dramatic day.
(Sorry lack of clarity on my part. I meant that the spoiler was no longer required as I was able to make the assessment re poison and adjusted points pool accordingly)
OOC: We'll say Pat healed Lyra of poison plus 5 HP.
Lyra begins watch with Haldur (Lyra's second roll) and Haldur almost immediately falls asleep. Lyra remains awake warmed by the fire. Her shift ending she wakes Nicknack and father Pat.
Nick remains awake for his shift while Pat nods off halfway through. It's passes midnight. The air us cruel with cold and the fire is literally now the only beckon of warmth in the nearby landscape. Nick seated beside a snoring Pat sees a shape in the distance just beyond the fire light and his dark vision. A looming shape not yet threatening but still very much not apart of the wintery landscape.

Nicknack tries to muffle the half-orc's snores by putting his hands over the paladin's mouth. If that awakens him, Nicknack will hiss for quiet and gesture towards the approaching bulk.
"We might have company," the wizard whispers.

The magic crackles then manifests with some effort. Four orbs of light begin to dance awaiting Nick's instruction.
They appear at four points opposite one another and slowly orbit the "looming shape."

"What the hell, Nicknack? Do you live just to wake me from my naps?!" Folzi's eyes snap open with alarm when he hears about what is coming to visit their camp. He shoots up and peers out the tent as he gathers his gear. "Well this should be fun."
