(Order is Sabrea, Lotta, Ron. With the others in the back using ranged attacks against the undead.)
Vanya's spell goes up just in time as the old arrow splinters against the shield, clattering to the ground in pieces. She fires back at the skeleton burning away at it, as it struggles to load another arrow. Yelfrig deftly sides steps the arrows before answering in kind, the lucky shot destroying the skeletal archer with a well placed shot. The skeleton and zombie are unable to retreat from you as they can not so much as lay a finger on you. The skeleton in front is able to duck below the attack before resuming its attempts to find a new target. Lotta you manage to counter the zombie, opening it up to your attacks as the sword pierces through the back as fire burns at the creatures now scorched face. Sabrea's sword finishes off Lotta's target before hitting a different zombie, the creature being finished off by Sorvon's arrow.
One skeleton shifts over to be in front of Lotta as the spot has opened up, now each on the front line is facing one on one. With another three archers aiming towards the tower. The zombie lunges at you Lotta, looking to sink it teeth into your neck. Attack: 23 Damage: 5. Sabrea the skeleton to your left flank (without advantage) attempts to strike at the opening provided Attack: 20 Damage: 6, unfortuantly for it, losing its balance before falling off the cliff. The zombie to your right also works to distract you as it futilely attempts to grab at you Ron Attack: 7 Damage: 3. The three archer skeletons fire off another volley, each aiming at one of the ranged defenders. Yelfrig; Attack: 6 Damage: 7. Sorvon; Attack: 8 Damage: 5. Vanya Attack: 5 Damage: 3.
Ron raises his shield just in time to block the incoming blow. Ron yells "By the holy light, i will smite you all. Even if i fall today, i won't let any of you reach the town!!!". He raises his Warhammer, and swings it like it weights nothing:
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
the arrow from the archer undead missed sorvon. he then will draw his bow string getting ready to shoot an arrow at the undead that has been shooting at him he then shoots at it trying his best to hit the undead hit 27 damage 9
Sabrea directs both of her attacks at the remaining target as the first had fallen off the cliff. The bones of the creature shattering as her fist and sword tear it apart. Lotta's skeleton parries the hit before the flame burns the midsection, falling into a pile of ash and burning bones. Ron brings the hammer down upon the zombie, crushing it into a pancake as the bone and flesh give way. Yelfrig's and Sovron's arrows manage to strike down the last two ranged skeletons as the area has grown quiet, thought the sun is quickly setting and it will not be long before the undead become more active.
(Back from my vacation and happy at that. Sorry about the wait.)
Sabrae looks at the quickly setting sun. “We should get inside. QUICKLY.” She stows her sword and moves into the abandoned building. Once everyone is inside, she breathes a sigh of relief.
Ron moves inside with the rest of the group to spend the night in a safer, or at least easier to defend place. He got asked by a figure from the group about himself, so he starts introducing himself. "I'm Ron, a member of dwarven Cragwound Clan, and a paladin of Moradin. I'm also the local blacksmith... or at least we were until my father got killed by those restless monsters. Since then, i'm hunting these undead instead of working my forge. Who are you guys, at this part of the city?"
(Sorry about the wait we are gonna have Vanya on break for little while on vacation, but I don't expect combat before they get back, otherwise I will be covering for them.)
You are now all securely tucked away in the gatehouse for the night as the sun has completely set now. Besides the fact that earlier Sabrea mentioned using this as a time to keep an eye on the sewer entrance, will you be using a lookout for trouble? If so roll perception for the number of hours each person is keeping watch. Unless you have any necessary actions this is the start of your long rest.
since sabrae is doing 3-5 sorvon will do 1-2 then if no one els does watch then he will do 6-8
during the night of the first hour sorvon will use one of his spell slots to use primel awareness that lets him know if any aberrations celestials dragons elementals fey fiends or undead are present in one mile of sorvon
OOC: Then, shouldn't we roll each hour for thr grate as well? Or that our rolls already consists of the grate? Thats why i didn't understand:) DM please tell us if we need any further rolls for each hour seperately for the grate
(You are fine as is with just the one roll for the grate, no need to go back and make it more confusing. Vanya will take up the last few hours just to keep it nice and simple which I will add here. Feel free to rp now as it would make sense for the new guy to catch up with the others now. Plus RP will make the game more fun and likely last longer, I don't need a page but if just a little something to make it more fun to read and others to respond to.)
Savron in the first hours of the night you are unseen by the undead that freely walk the city now, you guess to yourself that it must be at the least 50 within sight of you though careful planning prevent them from seeing you. The grate is free for the first hour but you can see later a figure leaving the as shambling figures move about it, only a 3-5 figures moving into it.
Sabrea your dark vision is of huge benefit as you see the odd zombie or two shuffle into the entrance of the sewers but otherwise you see nothing of note, the only moment of worry was when an undead guard attempted to enter the gatehouse but was distracted by something and wandered away.
Ron you watch through the night being careful to not attract attention on the grate and surrounding zombies two hours in and you hear the strange sound from the street inside the city, as you look out to it you see a hooded figure quickly dashing through the zombies and skeletons, the only problem being they do not attempt to go after it, as if the figure is one of them or they are simply unable to notice it.
Vanya offered to take up the last shift before the party would head back to the safe section of the city, keeping a close eye on the grate in the early morning hours. Sitting atop the castle battlements as she watched the last of the undead disappear back into the forest to hid from the sun, she also spotted several figures making their way into the sewer exit but being so far away prevented her from any identifying markings as they disappeared from sight.
Damn thanks for reminding initiative

"So Ron," Lotta begins to ask and sits next to him, "If you were the blacksmith and aren't anymore, who makes new weapons and tools now?"
