If I'm reading the map and post right Mixum shouldn't need to make the save as he is more than 10 feat from Mormesk. Neither should Riris
Pip once again formed a shard of ice (Ice Knife and flung it, this time at the middle undead on the top row
Attack: 23 Damage: 5.
The shard of ice then explodes and every undead within 5 feet (Which should be all of them except the one furthest to the south) must make a Dex throw DC14 or take 8 cold damage.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
To Paladin54: It was meant to effect them as well. As a hint from the previous enemies and something Pip would pick up on is that it would seem those near the undead when that Lair Action activates suffer its effects. I just forgot to replace Boneless' name with the Skeletons instead. Sorry about the confusion there.
Following the End of Pip's Turn: Mormesk Legendary Action: Enervating Grasp vs Ordrin(AC 20) - Attack: 18 Damage: 18 cold damage. Target speed is reduced by 10ft until the end of their turn. Target also cannot be healed until the start of Mormesks' next turn.
Skelly #2 Dex Save vs Pip(DC 14): 9. Skelly #3 Dex Save vs Pip(DC 14): 11. Skelly #4 Dex Save vs Pip(DC 14): 9. Skelly #5 Dex Save vs Pip(DC 14): 22.
Start of Mormesk's Turn: Legendary Actions refreshed.
Ac-Mormesk Life Drain: Life Drain vs Ordin(AC 20) - Attack: 18 Damage: 34 Necrotic Damage. Con Save[DC 14] or hit point maximum reduced by same damage damage. Additionally, hp cannot be restored until the start of Mormesk's next turn. Also if hit, make a concentration saving throw.
Pip is nothing if not consistent in his attempts to thin the horde by way of frozen shrapnel, felling the one with his keen accuracy, but tearing apart a few more. Although disturbingly if not confusingly, the energy extracted by the skeleton appears to recoalesce as a ghostly orb above the piles of bones that would lazily drift over them.
Undaunted by the loss of yet more of his 'men', Mormesk merely triples down on trying to rend Ordrin's soul to pieces in his wild swings at the dwarf's form despite Firnat's protections yet warding off easy access in the past. Yet even if he manages to make some head way at last...
Mormesk would continue to howl in either triumph or frustration, spurring the spirits swirling about him into echoing his feelings; his spirit yet unsatisfied with things as-is. So would come as little surprise when attempts to confuse in fading in and out of the material in brief bursts around Ordrin yet culminated in a most deadly back packed from the spriit's reappearance to the fore.
Riris & Mixum turn is now up!

Ordrin collapses to the ground, the spiritual Firnat evaporating silently.
Ordrin collapses to the ground like empty clothes. He has a sudden sense of distance from everything in the room, a gulf that widens at a massive rate. Then just as suddenly he is back with the others (Death Ward) and Mormesk leaning over him. The wraith has not seen that he is alive, giving Ordrin a moment to clamber to his feet, near death but yet still alive.
Mixum will take two shots at mormesk and then move just to the east of Odrin. If there are skeletons that attack and hit him from AOO then he will be prepared to use his reaction as a shield.
attack 26 damage 8
attack 8 damage 6
Charlotte will move between Odrin and Mixum and dodge. She will try to use her reaction to deflect any attacks.
Following the End of Mixum's Turn: Mormesk Legendary Action: Incorporeal Jaunt - Mormesk turns partially incorporeal and distorted before moving across the battlefield. Attack of Opportunities may be made at disadvantage. (Only Ordrin and Charlotte are in range to make the AoO)
Ma-Undead Reinforcements(S): Several move to gang up on Charlotte while one breaks away to go after Riris. Ac-Undead Reinforcements(S): Picks & Improvised Weaponry vs Riris(16) - Attack: 22 Damage: 6 Nonmagical bludgeoning. Picks & Improvised Weaponry vs Charlotte(15) - Attack: 17 Damage: 3 Nonmagical bludgeoning.
Riris in desperation to bring the wraith down after seeing Ordrin nearly slain strummed another sharp note on her lute and unleashing yet another thunderous boom, shaking the roof and drawing out more pained howls out of Mormesk.
Mixum lets it rain pain as well in a few more bolts, distracting Mormesk if nothing else again to give Ordrin more time to get back to his feet. But then feeling heat of the undead closing in on his flank, the gnome chances things in rushing to Ordrin's side. Although just as he worried, the skeleton's aren't without mercy and try to wallop the gnome good out o fspite.
By the time Mormesk had righted himself for once, he finally notices a rising Ordrin and looked about ready to howl again in outrage. What comes out instead however is far more chilling, as the undead mage finally seems to regain some of his composure. "Fine then. If I can't break your body... I'll break your spirit." His form then starts to distort and flicker before he's suddenly lurching towards Pip's corner.
With no Gnome to continue to occupy them, Undead Reinforcements(S) that remained turned most of their aggression on Charlotte next and soon had her partially surrounded before trying to bury their rusted weaponry down upon the constrict. One skeleton however never joined in the festivities, but instead waltz up on RIris. Although at first they appeared oddly curious, the bone of its skull suddenly morphed into a more sinister scowl somehow as it brought down an old workman's hammer upon the halfling.

The swing misses awkwardly as Ordrin cries out in pain. "Sharindlar! Give me strength..." he gasps, calling upon her grace. But in that moment he catches sight of Riris suffering at the hands of the undead and directs some of Sharindlar's succor to her. Then his holy ire surges again as he wills the spectral Firnat at Mormesk again.
Action - Preserve Life: 10HP to Ordrin, 10HP to Riris
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
To Hyakujuo: You can only restore someone up to half health with your Channel Divinity. But I'll allow it in the case of Riris. But since she's at 6 max, that still left 4 remaining. So, I assume Ordrin will pass that to him.
Following the End of Ordrin's Turn: Mormesk Legendary Action: Enervating Grasp vs Pip(AC 16) - Attack: 13 Damage: 13 cold damage. Target speed is reduced by 10ft until the end of their turn. Target also cannot be healed until the start of Mormesks' next turn. (Charlotte's Deflect reaction already accounted for in above rolls)
Lair Action: Dreadful Mire Non-Undead Creatures have their movement speed halved and receive half-healing.
Allied Reinforcements:
Ac: Returning Spear(Thrown) vs Mormesk(AC 16) - Attack: 23 Damage: 11. Expending on a hit Menacing Attack - Mormesk vs Anton(DC 14): 14. (damage bonus included in above sequence) Ba: Polearm Strike vs Riris Skeleton(AC 12) - Attack: 12 Damage: 8.
In one great desperate plea to Sharindlar, Ordin could feel a new strength begin to well up within himself. And where might a lesser cleric may hold on selfishly to such divine grace thinking themselves more important in the moment, a wave of life and light sweeps out from his holy symbol at his discretion, reviving one fallen soul and bolstering another. But as he turned to will Firnat forward with his holy ire, she falters in ghostly step, giving Mormesk more than enough time to avoid the hammer.
Mormesk chuckles darkly. "I see... You've given all to this cause of yours, haven't you dear?" He asks. Firnat scowled back, still as determined as ever. But all can see the vibrancy of her spirit had begun to wane ever since Ordrin had been spared a fatal blow. Almost dismissively on that note, he tried to backhand Pip before turning back on everyone else radiating far too much malicious glee.
Lair Action: Once more the ground and atmosphere seems to settle and revert back to normal. Mormesk starts to make some subtle motion, but stops himself short. "No... Not yet." He whispers just before the ground again appeared to take on the qualities of a dark mire.
But just as hope has begun to flag in some, the party finally begins to hear the sound of fast foot falls but moments before Anton comes roaring into the room. Within seconds of scanning the room, he leaps up and flings his spear at Mormesk, sensing him to be the biggest threat, before whirling around with the spear -- it having zipped back to his hand -- and smashing the butt of it into the back of a skeleton. "Sorry I'm late! You wouldn't believe how many zombies I had to fight just to get here!" Anton claimed as he settled into a more defensive standing and mean mugged just about ever undead in sight.

Pip nearly shrieks as Mormesk approaches. He then causes a numbing frost to form on Mormesk who must make a Constitution saving throw (DC14). On a failed save, the target takes 4 cold damage, and it has disadvantage on the next weapon attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.

Though the no matter how much focus and power is put into the spell, any frost that clung onto Mormesk hardly appeared to bother him.
"A shame... You should have accepted my offer, little Gnome. I could've raised you to heights beyond imagining." Mormesk assures, still sounding confident despite his increasingly ragged appearance. "Truly a shame."With that, Mormesk cocks back a fist and brings the skeletal hand down hard upon the gnome.
