The group finds themselves in a small room about 15 x 15 feet wide. The walls of the room are the same roughly carved stone the tunnels are. The room has a few pickaxes and shovels scattered around on the ground and leaning against the walls. The room is dimly lit by a couple of makeshift wall sconces. You all can see a single doorway across the room from the tunnel entrance you have just come from.
Tangle: By now the bright footprints would have worn off. You can make another survival check to try and pick up their scent again if you want.
And just so you all know, you guys are three hours into the potions.(It took you one hour to find the small tunnel you all had to crawl through and then another two hours to make it here.) So you have two hours left.
Alright, with Tangle leading the way the party starts down the hall.
For this next part if any of you wish to make any kind of skill checks as you go through the room you will have to say so. The skills will also have to make sense in relation to your place in the marching order(when you are spread out and looking around a room you are fine to do what ever you want this is mostly for hallways, staircases, and smaller, more confined rooms). For example, a person in the back may not be able to spot certain kinds of traps ahead of the party (due to the bodies of the people in front of them) if they make an investigation check, or that the people in the front may have a harder time trying to hear movement behind you making the perception check slightly harder.
Is there anything you would like to do before heading into the hallway?
The hall itself is not lit. There are torches coming from the room you are in and the room at the end of the hall.
Tangle does not notice anything out of place in the hall as the group moves forward. How do you approach the doorway at the end of the hall? Are you just walking in or stopping to take a peek?
Fenchuch finds his mind wandering and he has trouble focusing, he does not hear anything behind the group.
Tangle
She'll open it then, and proceed.
ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he).
Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.
Fenchurch will (slowly) follow Tangle

Wolf Pup will follow Tangle with mild speed. Haha!

Are the tracks still visible? Or can Tangle make a regular tracking roll to make sure they all went out that other door?

Perry stands guard by the entrance, just outside the room.

Fenchurch looks towards his compatriots, thinking hard about his inevitable turning into a pumpkin in relatively short time.
"Sorry to be pushy, but is there something here we need to see? Otherwise, we may have to start moving before it's past my bedtime."

Tangle: Checking the tracks and seeing the criss cross of several tiny footprints, it is clearly only goblins who had been through here.
Tangle
Seeing nothing of note, and heeding Fen's urgency, Tangle will open the door across the way and proceed.

(OOC: sorry for being gone for a bit was dealing with a sick cat. She's better now.)
Okay, what is the marching order. We have Tangle in front, and Perry in the back. Who wants to be behind Tangle? Fen or Wolf?
Wolf will be behind her. No sense in having Fen be a meatshield.

OOC > Quick question. I assume the hallway is as rough hewn as the room was. Is it lit? (The room had dim sconces lighting it.)
