Sorry for the late post guys. I normally post/check for updates on my phone which I managed to break on Friday, so have been a bit slow to get back in the loop
Nif will sneak up towards the cave (stealth 26) keeping tight with the treeline.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
You all earn another 75 XP. This will take you all to level 2, but do not level up until your next long rest.

The five dwarves decide to approach the mouth of the cave. Karl sprints forward quietly, hugging the east wall and peering into the cave. The stream continues north, northeast around a bend. It is dark, but Karl's darkvision allows him sufficient eyesight. There is a path to the right and left a little further north. Following behind with the other three, Einar steps on a critter that is hidden in the tall grass. It cries out loudly before scurrying away. When Karl looks back because of the noise, he notices there is a hollowed-out place in the briars on the east side of the stream were two goblins are preparing to fire upon his four friends. The goblins' hasty preparations have caught the ears of the other four as well. Their eyes make out two forms crouching behind the thickets on the east side of the stream.
Round 1: Karl (13/16), Vondal (12/12), Bron (12/12), Green, Yellow, Nif (10/10), Einar (16/16)
Karl swiftly flies south, his blood boiling at the ambush. He swings his great club, smashing the skull of the crouching (green) goblin. It drops to the ground, lifeless. Bron considers running through the stream to help Karl, but the sight of the dense (and most likely very prickly) thicket causes him to reconsider. Instead, he draws his strange sword and points it in the direction of the second (yellow) goblin. A blast of silver energy streaks the distance between Bron and his target. A hole appears in the thicket and Bron and Karl watch as the second goblin collapses as well.
You are out of initiative, but you can still use the map to tell me where you move to.
Einar seems slightly unnerved by Bron's display, but says nothing of it as he returns his attention to the cave.
Einar moves up into the cave cautiously. (Until about M9)

Vondal breathes a sigh of relief as he lowers his bow. After giving Bron a passing strained but thankful smile, he turns to the others and says, "I'm going to see if they had anything worthwhile real quick. Go on ahead." With that, Vondal makes a running leap across the stream to the other side (at K16), but goes around as much of the thicket as he could to avoid having to get prickled to death on his way to the fallen bodies at a hurried pace(Dash)(if it matters).

Einar seems slightly unnerved by Bron's display, but says nothing of it as he returns his attention to the cave. He moved into the cave, passing the place where Karl had been previously. Just inside the cave mouth, a few uneven stone steps lead upward. The main passage from the cave mouth climbs steeply upward, the stream plunging and splashing down its west side. In the shadows, a side passage leads west across the other side of the stream. Nif moves along with Einar, moving a little further into the cave. The stream passage continues up beyond another set of uneven steps ahead, bending eastward as it goes. A waterfall sounds out from a larger cavern somewhere ahead of you. A rickety bridge spans the passage. Another passage intersects this one, twenty feet above the floor. Outside, Vondal does a quick investigation of the blind on the eastern side of the stream. Besides the two goblins, he find nothing else.
Einar, you passed by the opening to the right. Do you look in?
Nif, you could also have looked into the opening on the right and the one on the left.
Vondal, on the bodies, you find 3 silver, 14 copper, two shortbows, a quiver with 11 arrows, a quiver with 12 arrows, and four pieces of dried meat.

Sorry. I thought I had put "still editing" at the top of Post #334. Einar at least needs to look back at it as there's probably more there than he read.
Einar looks up the east stairs and sees a small, dank chamber. The cave narrows to a steep fissure at the far end, and is filled with the stench of animals. Savage snarls and the sounds of rattling chains greet his ears where three wolves are chained up just inside the opening. Each wolf’s chain leads to an iron rod driven into the base of a stalagmite.
Einar taps Nif on the shoulder when he sees the wolves.
"Not sure we should leave them behind us. Think they'll run off if we unchain them? Maybe feed them the goblins we Karl and Bron just killed?"

Vondal quickly pockets what he can in short order, and then rises to his feet. "Poor souls. For what it is worth, I wish you peace in the next life. However fleeting though it may be for you."He whispers just loud enough that Karl at least would be able to overhear him. After, he glances up and realizing the others were starting to pull ahead, he starts making his way into the cavern. "Let's go." He says in passing to Karl.
If he sees Nif or Einar stop and look to the right, ever curious Vondal glances inside... and immediately starts rubbing his throat. But after a few moments the fear leaves his face long enough to notice the chains. Not wanting to alert them (assuming they weren't already), he gestures with his head back over to them and gives the duo a questioning look while holding out a piece of dried meat.
Vondal pockets the coin, the four pieces of dried meat, and adds back 2 arrows missing from his quiver.
I would have allowed more perception rolls, but Einar's 1 has rendered them unnecessary.
Please let me know where each of you are in the lower left corner. If you want to occupy a space that is behind the key, that is allowed.
(OOC: Now I feel terrible...)
