Einar will quickly look over the wagon to make sure nothing has been pilfered while they were busy in the cave. He then checks the harnesses on the oxen and settles into the driver's seat, ready to depart when everyone else is.

Vondal puts together a makeshift muzzle using some extra cloth and what little twine he can gather upon reaching the wagon. As Karl had plans for loading up the cart with as much as they can carry however, he resolved to hauling the wolf on his shoulders for the remainder of the trip.

Karl clears a space on the wagon for Bron's body and then repacks the wagon with all of the other goods including the new goods. As the wagon is now very full he walks beside it on the same side that Einar is driving from as they set off. He is continually scanning hi side of the path for any threats. (Perception 23)
Nif will walk just ahead of the cart, following the treeline on the left side in the direction of travel. Scanning and keeping an eye out for any other surprises.
Also, if a roll is necessary, can I sub out Animal Handeling for Persuasion? or use both even? One for gauging the wolf's mood, and the other for persuading it to say calm?
"Feels like sleeping beauty ready to wake-up. Give me a moment." He calls out to the others as he sets the wolf down on the ground off to the side. Acting quickly, Vondal fishes out the jerky before undoing the makeshift muzzle he had in place about the wolf's muzzle. "Morning, Sleep'n beauty. You hungry."He says calmly as he kneel a good foot away from the beast with a healthy amount of Jerky in hand. Once he had the wolf's attention, he'll set a piece on the ground closer to the wolf. "Easy now, though.. easy. I don't wanna hurt you. Just have a bite, alright?"

The wolf gets to its feet, shakes its heads, looks at Vondal and his proffered meat, takes a couple tentative steps backward as it growls at the dwarf, and then turns and runs into the woods.
Vondal sighs but nodded in agreement. "It is. But, I needed to try at very least. It would've been interesting to have pet wolf after nearly dying to one twice now." He chuckles as he motions for the group to continue onwards to the town.

You reach an even smaller road heading south with a sign indicating to turn off the Triboar Trail there to head to Phandalin. The sun is just disappearing behind the trees. Sildar indicates that it's another three hours or so before you will reach the town. It will be dark in an hour.
Karl says to Einar as he walking alongside the cart "I don't reckon we should travel after dark. This looks like a good spot to set up camp - what do you think?"
Nif nods in agreement, and silently helping to unpack anything that is required from the wagon. If anyone looks at him closely, he has an almost haunted look to his eyes.
Vondal joins in on the unloading, though he took care to check on Sidar first to make sure no injuries reopened during the trip. Once that is all taken care of, he starts to join Einar with caring for the Oxen next, but stops short. After shooting the others a quick glance he walks over to Nif and pats him the shoulder and whisper something in dwarvish to Nif.
"How you holding up, Brother?"
