OOC: with your passive perception even in the dim light you do notice one of the figures pop up near a rock and then duck back down behind it. He's about 50ft away from you, Theo.

As Theo takes cover behind a tree, he carefully pops his head out to look towards the rock where some people are hiding.
He waves his wand briefly and utters a few words in dwarven, as he does a 5ft ball of flame materializes right next to the rocks screeching of crackling fire.
Theo casts Flaming Sphere
Bonus action: Theo directs the sphere to move behind the rock to where the people were hiding.
DC 15 Dexterity save for half damage if it hits someone. If anyone ends their turn next to the sphere DC 15 Dexterity save for half damage.
Flynn seeing the flaming sphere runs in that direction. Once 10yards past Theo he casts Faerie fire on that spot then goes into a slide hugging the ground
OOC > I was waiting to see the effects of the sphere before posting Wex' move... but I'll add something so Lothiat has something to work with...
First, a Con Save to maintain concentration after taking 4 hp damage last round (vs DC 10): 24

Wex grunts at the bolt that skins his arm, but maintains the Shadow Blade in his hands. In the dim light, he spins it, then attacks one of the two men near him.
Action: Attack nearby enemy with the Shadow Blade (finesse weapon, so Dex, and Adv in dim light or darkness): 21 to hit, for 16 psychic damage
Shadow blade will last for 8 more rounds (two gone by) pending concentration, of course
Theo, your flaming ball hurtles at the area you saw the bandit duck down. (Dex Saves- 213 ) You hear multiple screams coming from that area, even though you only saw one man. While the area isn't heavily forested, it does have some bushes and a few trees around. And you see the bushes in that area ignite and begin to smoke more than burn with the green leaves and all.
Wex grunts against the pain then whips the shadowblade around striking the B3 hard straight across the gut. The blade easily makes it past his poor defenses and the man drops with a quickly dying scream!
Flynn watches the flaming ball rush towards a figure behind a rock as he runs near Theo! Casting the spell on the move the same area lights up with a flash of violet colors! Flynn then slides in the grass ending up next to Theo. You all hear coughing coming from that area as the smoke gets thicker blowing away from you all and into that area. The trees and objects in that area that you can see are also glowing with a very nice violet hue.
Sevrn rounds the perimeter of the flames to position himself at the edge of the smoke, opposite Flynn, Wex, and Theo to trap the remaining enemy inside. He'll ready an attack action against the first enemy to exit the smoke.
(Assuming advantage since smoke should hide Sevrn from view, but feel free to use first role instead if my assumption is incorrect)
Bandit2 and Bandit5 just continue running off as fast as they can! (dashing). Bandit4 watching this mess unfold throws his scimitar down and disengages from Wex, taking off in a run!
Bandit7, glowing with a violet hue, is on his hands and knees coughing from the smoke as he crawls out of the bushes. You all hear more coughing and a scared whinny, popping out of the big smoke cloud is a man on horseback, dressed like the other bandits. The violet hued man waves his hand around clearing the smoke out before shouting, "So, it appears you all have a little more talent than expected." He looks towards Wex and then to where Theo is behind the rock then yells, "A HAND WELL PLAYED FRIEND!" With a smirk on his face and tears in his eyes from the smoke, the man that you all know (except for Severn lol) as the "talkative one" turns his horse and takes off as fast as the horse can go, leaving whats left of his men behind.
*Theo gestures his wand to move the flaming sphere out of the brush and into the clearing, avoiding hitting the surrendering and fleeing men. He holds his concentration on the sphere leaving it positioned defensively between him and the bandit behind the brush*
Theo shouts: "Seriously? for 30 gold pieces? Who are you?!"
Seeing the talkative man dash away but him and his horse glowing in the dark Theo gently sings a lullaby and flicks his wand casing Sleep
If the talkative man is within 90ft still he throws it at him and his horse
If he's too far away he throws it at bandit 7.
Sleep (2nd level): no save, total HPs put to sleep: 22
The flaming sphere floats to an open area and up just a bit helping light the area. The talkative man on the horse is long gone by now but Bandit7 falls asleep almost gladly as your lullaby hits his ears.
OOC: we're out of initiative now. What would everyone like to do?

Motioning Flynn to take watch, lest the bandits return, Sevrn will tie B7 tightly to a tree. He'll wake B7 with his dagger, cutting him slowly across the forehead so as not to injure him but definitely cause a lot of blood to fall into his eyes and face.
Intimidate: 16
Once B7 has had a moment to appreciate the severity of his situation: ... "There is only one way you survive this - you will tell me everything there is to tell about who you are, who the men with you were, and why you are here. Each lie or question that goes unanswered will cost you a finger, until there are no more to give. Then you die."

"Good." Sevrn says wickedly. "We're finally about to get some answers..."
Sevrn wipes his bloodied sword against his forearm to clean it and starts walking toward the sleeping bandit.
