Talon will awaken early & held down to the common room for a bite. He will discreetly note any travelers present who are not with his party.

Talon takes a seat at a free table & calls to the proprietor as he shuffles a deck of cards & prepares to play a game of solitaire, "I would have anything fit to be served to a starvin' ogre, me friend. And some drink too!"
Hexodyspends the morning compulsively tuning her instruments, packing and repacking her backpack, and performing her morning prayers. Once finished, she descends to the common room for breakfast, after which she plays on her lute quietly while other guests of the inn eat.
Jaelryn meets up with the rest of the group, slightly hungover but ready for the day. Whenever the party decides to leave she will cast Mage Armor on herself. “Morning always comes too soon,” she mutters. “I’m ready whenever you lot are.”
Kelsier spends the morning sitting in his room, eyes closed, trying to prepare himself for the coming challenges.
Plainly in his mind’s eye, Kelsier can see Faithbrand, the small city of his birth. The hustle and the calm, the rich and the poor, the good and the evil. His vision zooms in and he can see one specific person. A young elf stands in a corridor, shrouded in shadows and dark robes, one hand outstretched while the other holds a loose grip on a small knife. The outstretched hand moves in arcane patterns known only by the High Elves, and a sounds resounds from accross the hallway. As a nearby guard comes to investigate, the figure slips in the previously guarded door. Inside, shelves loaded with food cover both walls, lit by the moonlight streaming in through stained glass windows. The figure methodically places all the food in a small bag that seems to have no bottom. Within minutes, he flees out the windows.
The vision follows the figure as he moves through the streets, finally coming to a stop outside the small slums of the city. He takes a quick look around before quietly entering, moving quickly towards what appears to be the center of the area. He turns the bag inside out, and suddenly all the food, too much to possible fit inside the small sack, comes pouring forth. He whistles once before dashing off into the shadows.
Once in a side alley, the figure pulls back the cowl of his hood, revealing a younger version of Kelsier’s face.
The vision fades, and Kelsier breathes deeply while sitting on his bed. The vision is one he comes back to often. To him, it shows a side to him much like the rest of Faithbrand. Hustle, calm, rich, poor, good, evil. It reminds him of his purpose, of his duty, and of the sacrifices a leader makes for the betterment of his people. It reminds him of why he must fight.
Eventually, Kelsier emerges from his room and meets the rest of the group. “Some of you already know this, but I plan to do something about the gang that currently rules this town. If you wish to come with me, I would welcome your assistance. If not, then I will not hold it against you. This may be dangerous, and you are free to walk away. For those of us who remain, we should go to the Sleeping Giant and get an idea of what we are up against. I have heard that they frequent that establishment.”
The parties own 'Sleeping Giant' wakes and makes his way to the common room, not long before Kelsier. Folari, somewhat hunched over to avoid hitting his head on anything, nods at the other group members before quietly taking a seat at the bar. "Ugh, I'm not great in the morning... mead... and meat... please good sir!".
He hears out Kelsier's proposal while finishing his food, then slowly stands to full height, stretching out his large arms. "I just knew I would be in good company with you fine... people" Folari grins for a moment, but then looks serious. "Exploiting the weak and innocent is a poor use of strength. If this is truly the case with these men... well... show me where to plant my axe and I will even the fight."
The proprietor seems to overhear you all and approaches your table. "If you all are insisting on tangling with the Redbrands, best be doing it thoroughly. They tend to strike back in greater number when stood up to."

Kelsier nods and quickly glances over to Hexody, the goblin encounter fresh in his mind. “I thank you for your warning. I dare say that this needs to be done correctly, yes?”
Jaelryn looks up for a moment, remembering something. “One of the locals mentioned that someone named Qelline Alderleaf has a son named Carp that might have found a secret tunnel in the woods that almost got him caught by the Redbrands. That’s another lead we might want to look into after investigating the Sleeping Giant.” She rubs her temples as she leafs through the book she was reading as they travelled here.
Talon shuffles his cards back into a deck & places them in a small pouch, as he listens to the groups plans. After thinking on it a few minutes, "I would like to look at the tunnel the wee lad mentioned to his Ma. I think it wise to know where a rat may flee to when attackin' the nest."
Talon flashes his rakish smile at Folari. He says, "Me thinks ye will be needin' a helm to cover yer noggin if'n we head under groun', me gargantuan friend."
Kelsier stands, ready to go about the coming chore. “Let’s go talk to the young... Alderleaf, was it? I think it might be best to know where the scum will emerge once we smoke them out.”
“I agree with Kelsier, let’s head to the Alderleaf farm and try and figure out what information we can glean there. I’ll go along with whatever plan we come up with, but I’d rather get as much information as possible before we move in. Maybe after that we head to the Sleeping Giant and either liquor one of them up for information or use... other means...” Jaelryn stands up from the table, situates her gear and waits for the group’s decision.
