Jack, a feeling of helplessness overcomes you and you suddenly find you are unable to control your actions. You immediately stand up and walk towards the front door. The elf gestures to several others and at least 8 individuals rise from their seats and follow you out.
Also, as you're walking out the door, a reply to your message rings in your head.
"Oh I do expect you'll be screaming but perhaps not in the way you expected. Best to find out who you're dealing with next time before you start playing games with them."
Just outside the door the bandit captain grabs you (which you do not have the ability to resist) and drags you 15' down the street outside. The rest follow and encircle you to take pot shots at you while the captain holds you.
Fortunately they are just punching you but since you are grappled AND charmed, they'll get advantage on their attacks. They pummel you with 7 hits, 4 of which are crits, for a total of 10 damage.
You do, however, get to make 7 more wisdom saving throws to break the charm :) DC is 14.
Yagra, lucky for you, is far enough away and facing the wrong direction to see any of this go down..yet.

At least 3 punches sink deep before Jack stops her dazed and pained laughter. Before another can sink in, she traces a wiggles her fingers and lets out a sharp "STOP!" in some otherworldly language, causing a thin shell of a red barrier(Shield)(AC 19)) to try and absorb the rest. "Rather... extreme reaction.. to a little flirting." She spits out a wad of blood.
Confused at first at Jack's sudden change of behavior, he quickly springs in to action when he sees her grabbed and getting beaten in the street by rushing towards the thugs.
As the bandits are standing around Jack and laughing and punching and kicking her, there comes a sound....the sound of wind whistling through the trees which starts to escalate to the sounds of a full blown tornado winds....as they turn to investigate the sound, it is coming from a crazed tabaxi rushing at them, and just as Cloudfur reaches the gang he brings his hands together in a loud clap (thunderwave) which reverberates off the facades of the buildings and draws attention to them from everyone in the streets.
Everyone in a 15 foot cube originating from me must make a CON save (DC 12) (my thoughts were to catch as many of the bandits along with Jack as I can)
On a failed save they take 2 Thunder damage and are pushed 10 feet away - save take half damage
(WTF dice roller - oh well it was more about getting them off Jack more so than damaging them...)
and as a bonus action he will lick his staff (Shillelagh) and prepare himself for battle....
At the clap of Cloudfur's hands, 4 of the bandits are sent flying backwards. The window shutters rattle and a couple of nearby barrels are also sent flying. The cracking sound of the spell reverberates throughout the street. Some distance away you hear the familiar sound of the whistles used by the city watch to raise an alert.
Inside, the elf feels the domination spell drop when Jack manages to shrug it off. He gets up and starts heading towards the entrance. While doing so he casts a quick Sending to alert Yagra to the situation and direct her to provide support. She starts and bolts towards the door, emerging just behind Gargan. Her eyes widen in anger at the sight of Gargan, realizing she had been duped after all. She reaches for Gargan and attempts to grab hold (Grapple/Strength: 18).
(Gargan roll strength against the grapple attempt. And now introducing our new player, who is up next!)
Con Save vs Cloudfur's Thunderwave: Opting to Fail it and be pushed 10ft away, breaking the grapple.
Jack just manages to look-up in time to see Cloudfur brings his hands together, and goes limp in the bullies arms. "Here comes--" Is about all she gets out before the sound wave drowns out the rest, and wretches her free man's arms, and into probably the sides of one of the others before probably falling prone on the ground for having gone loosely goosey earlier.
From a nearby alleyway an older looking man steps into the dim lighting outside the tavern, he's wearing chainmail and carrying a worn battleaxe and kite shield emblazoned with the image of two golden lions resting near the bottom of it's field of black paint. His hair is black and slicked back though the sides carry slivers of white from the front through to the back, his green eyes begin to move over the remaining standing "gentlemen". His boots fall solidly beneath his 245lb armored frame as he makes his way over to where Jack is now laying. He stares at the men, judging them for their actions against this woman, and once he reaches Jacks smaller frame he interposes himself between her and the bandits.
"Arya ok Lass?" he says with a thick accent down to the woman on the ground, without lowering his eyes from the bandits. He stands with axe at the ready, in case any of them attempt to continue the combat now that he has arrive.
OOC: Kanus will position himself between Jack and the Bandits, and ready an action to attack any of them that enter combat with him or her.
They don't seem particularly concerned about Kanus, though Cloudfur's statement does seem to make them more aware of their surroundings as they glance to some other people passing by. They also heard the CW whistle. At this point you get the sense they are more worried about catching hell from the City Watch than losing the fight - probably thinking this would just be a quick roughing-up, and then back inside.
(I'll wait for Gargan .. I don't want to act for him in this case).

Gargan
Strength Check vs Grapple: 15
As the scene unfolds before him Gargan is not prepared for the appearance of his Half-Orc drinking buddy and when she grabs at him he isn't quite ready to shrug off her attempt to restrain him.
As the situation starts to get more complicated around him, with bandits flying through the air, Yagra coming to dish out her revenge and the appearance of the new stranger who is attempting to protect Jack Gargan decides that it is time to change the field of battle to his favour. Calling upon his heritage he drops a blanket of darkness on the area. As soon as it goes dark for everyone else he says to Yagra "My dear friend, I believe there has been quite the misunderstanding! Can't we talk this through like civilised folk?"
Action: Spending two sorcery points to cast Darkness through shadow sorcerer feature. It is Centred on Gargan himself. Additionally because he has cast it with sorcery points he can see through his own darkness spell without hindrance.

Jack
"A-aren't you a sight for sight for sore eyes. Literally."Jack replied as she rubbed at one just before the Darkness overtook at least part of the area. "Oh my." Risking a potential opportunity attack, she rushes past Kanus into the darkness, patting him in the shoulder along the way. Once inside both eyes turn into pitch black pools, freeing her to see the magical darkness. Not that anyone but perhaps Gargan could see her at the moment. Or the sword at her belt start to change as he hand goes for it.
'So much time to steal.. They would never see it coming... Nothing less is deserved of them now...
Jack grip tightens on the blade for a brief moment. "Too risky. Time to get Brisky." She lets go, and with a snap of her fingers becomes enclosed in a faint blue aura that rapidly fades. In another moment, the sound of the elf's voice emanates from the Darkness half-shouting, "That's enough. The lot of you leave before the watch comes. Same to you, Yagra. Settle matters with the Dragon later. Go back inside for now." The 'elf' commands.
Action: Change Appearance (limiting only to the voice).
(Sorry guys, just swamped. I'm going to try to push this along as much as I can but it's going to be slower for the next couple of weeks).
In the midst of all the chaos, confusion arises quickly. Some trapped in darkness, others on their backs. Yagra loses sight of everyone in the magical cloud after trying to grab hold of Gargan, and can't get her bearings. The four bandits on the ground, seeing all of this, get up and bolt away.
Gargan, you're the only one that can see this whole scene right now. Yagra seems to stand down a little bit. When the voice of the elf rings out, she waves her hands in a bit of a "screw this" action, turns and heads back into the bar looking for another drink. The bandits in the darkness, also hearing the instructions, pick a random direction and bolt out. Each of you would be able to take opportunity attacks against any of them - though everyone but Gargan would have disadvantage on the attack roll.
Though able to see through her patron's "eyes", Jack restrains herself from taking a swing or a boot at any man's retreating form. Even as the leader's butt teased her so verily much. She does turn to Gargan though, and if it looks like he could see, she gives him a bloody, Cheshire grin and a thumbs up.
(@Tanzier Z'all good boss man. Just glad to hear you're alright.
(S/N: Jack can see thanks to the Warlock Feature called 'Devil's Sight' granting vision even in magical darkness.)

Gargan simply watches as everyone begins to depart the area and lets them go without attempting to slow them down, preferring to avoid a fight as his head is still a little muddled despite Cloudfurs excellent remedy. In amongst it all he notices Jack grinning at him and he tilts his head in curiosity at the sight before giving a nod of acknowledgement in her direction and letting a small grin cross his own face in amusement at his sudden understanding of their shared advantage.
Realising that the time for departing has long since passed and preferring to keep things as quiet as possible he turns to Jack. Once he has her attention he points at himself then gestures towards Cloudfur. He then follows this up by pointing towards Jack before pointing at the armoured fellow who had tried to step in and aid her and then motioning for silence with a finger in front of his lips and then pointing towards the nearest alleyway to the globe.
Hoping his message has been conveyed to Jack he then moves over to Cloudfur and casts message so that he can whisper in his friends ear without anyone else being able to hear. "Friend this darkness is my own and I can see through this. I will place my hand on your shoulder in a moment and then guide us out of here as quietly as possible so we can try and avoid drawing attention." With that he places his hand on Cloudfurs shoulder and then starts to steer the Tabaxi towards the alleyway.
Having played this game before, Cloudfur relaxes a bit once Gargan places his hand upon his shoulder and lets the dragonborn guide him to the alleyway and out of the darkness.
