He will then lick his staff (as a bonus action) casting Shillelagh on it (I assume since he was unconscious he had let go of his staff and lost the enchantment)
OOC: Based on that information Gargan would definitely act differently, so here is take 2!
Gargan
As the situation is starting to get more desperate Gargan quickly assess the two opponents and after seeing that the one attacking Cloudfur and Sizan is nearly out the fight he releases his concentration on his enchament and hurls a fire bolt at pumpkinhead in the hopes of reducing their foes numbers down to one.
Gargan looses a bolt of fire towards Pumpkin head, landing it in just the right spot. The scarecrow goes up (down) in a blaze of glory, running away flailing it's arms until it falls still to the ground.
(moving up to the roof would provoke an attack of opportunity as Blanket is still within melee range. Assuming you want to redirect your attack to him).
Seeing the pumpkin drop, Cloudfur spins around and tries to ignite the last remaining scarecrow, managing to set one of it's arms ablaze briefly.
Looking out through blood-soaked eyes Dori readies himself for another assault, but the scarecrow has other plans after being fried by the giant cat, and turns to retaliate against Cloudfur with two swipes. It hits with one for 8 damage, but misses the second. Make a wisdom saving throw. Dori is no longer frightened.
(Sizan still needs a death saving throw for this round, plus a second for the next if he isn't stabilised or healed. Otherwise back to Gargan and friends).
As the second of the scarecrows ignites and is seen off Gargan immediately turns his attention back to blankethead. Circling round behind it and taking a few steps back(to around 15ft) once more he throws a fire bolt at the construct.
Gargan backs up and hurls the tiniest fireball you've ever seen, landing it with perfect precision right between the scarecrow's eyes. It looks over at you and raises one eye, kind of huffing. You can almost hear it say "Seriously?"
Leaning heavily upon his staff, the tabaxi lets out a long sigh......and then suddenly there is a wolf standing amongst you. And he begins to growl at blankethead.
As Sizan Sidrosin breathes his last, the darkness that had thus been on the peripheral of his subconscious starts tearing away at his being. He felt no pain, no sadness, no relief, and no joy: only loss without comparison save except for a single moment. The moment that change everything. He clung to it like a man desperate for air up until the last moment of nothingness...
….
Awareness returned without warning. True consciousness followed at an agonizing pace. One small eternity later, Sizan "awoke" to a scenery unlike any that he knew of or dreamt of, yet felt unmistakably familiar.
The world around had taken on a misty, out of focus quality. Only those closest to his body at the moment had in quality. But he couldn't hear them. And reaching out to Dori, as he currently stood over his 'body', only resulted in going right through him. At that point he looks to 'himself' and see no wounds. In fact, His clothing -- and frankly everything else about him -- appeared in far better condition than ever seen before. He looks again to his corpse, though he has to squint at it now to keep doing so without his vision becoming just as out of focus as some of the surroundings. It is then the myriad of questions and feelings always kept suppressed up until now surged up to the surface, threatening to overwhelm him. As he began to feel his very being begin to fall apart again, he musters the will to push it back down, returning to a wisp of a man.
He was on the border of the Ethereal... He was dead... And something now began to pull at him, urging him to "go deeper" the longer he lingered around. "The one time I chose to be... I could've -- Why didn't I run?" He balls his hand into a tight fist, and then lets go. "... Doesn't matter now. You know what happens to those that linger too long. Best to not pay at least one's goodwill with that." He states as he looks to Dori, now a shadow of outline as the world about began to change in his view.
One turn about later, Sizan Sidrosin fades into the Deeper Ethereal on for most a one way trap to the Halls of Judgement...
Dori - you kneel quickly to asses Sizan but it is apparent very quickly that life has escaped him. His body is still - no breathing motion, no breath coming from his mouth (which would be readily apparent in this cold weather).
(I will consider this a bonus action since you are not able to actually attempt to stabilise him - so you can still take an action).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Dori hunkered over Sizan for only a moment after realizing his new comrade in arms had already slipped through his fingers. Lost away, despite the promise to protect all those that stood by him.
Standing up to his full height, the goliath would take in a deep breath of the cold air as he clutched the battleaxe in both hands before spinning about to cleave the scarecrow in half as his last desperate attempt to end this conflict.
Attack: 14 Damage: 5
(If at disadvantage still? )
Attack: 9
(Of course the first roll was a nat 1 and the second was a crit...)
You grab your axe with all your might and swing, looking to free the scarecrow's head from it's body. In your blind rage, however, you don't even come close and instead the axe swings round and embeds itself in the house behind you.
The scarecrow is mostly unphased by Cloudfur becoming a wolf, and (given he's still done the most damage recently) he continues to swipe at him with his claws, landing one strike across his back for 6 damage. Make a wisdom saving throw.
Pumpkinhead is looking extremely rough and kind of teetering trying to keep itself together and vertical.
Blankethead has definitely taken some hits but doesn't look nearly as bad.
Gargan if you want to change your action based on that information, you can.

Cloudfur
If without provoking an attack of opportunity, Cloudfur will attempt to climb back up on to the shed roof [Athletics: 9]
and failing to do so will turn and throw another mote of fire at pumpkinhead
produce flame: 20 Damage: 2 fire damage
He will then lick his staff (as a bonus action) casting Shillelagh on it (I assume since he was unconscious he had let go of his staff and lost the enchantment)
