Ebonitus will be with Dork, when the Owl call comes. He will then cast Warding Bond on DORK who is wearing the other ring, giving DORK AC +1 and 50% damage reduction for all types of damage. He will then retreat to C5 and climb up onto the the ledge (making sure that hes stays within 60 feet of DORK). He has a collection of 5 small round pebbles, of which he has been keeping two lit with light on a 30 minute cycle. He has them on the ledge, under a dark cloth. Once the Orogs appear and the glyph triggers, he plans to throw one towards the location where the orogs enter and keep the other under the dark cloth.

After so many failured ones, the construct was almost grateful for the reprieve, and instead focused on directing Vark and Beedo somewhat ahead of time after granting the miracle of Aid. She also entrusts heartbreaker to the goblin, as well as the javelin, much to his confusion.
Still, he hurried off as Beedo did, camping out in their ambush points. When the call comes, she took to the mud and hid just beneath the surface.

The Orogs led by Prince Charming and Snow White approach the entrance of the caves in single file as follows Bill, Bazza, Lucky, Sleepy with Sneezy bringing up the rear. The halflings remain hidden (10) until the Orogs pass although a few look around and then reassure themselves it is just some sort of nocturnal animal scrambling through the rocks.
As the column makes its way through the caltrop field there is a 25% chance that somebody steps on a caltrop: 1. Prince Charming = 8 who takes 4 of damagr and curses as he pulls a caltrop out of his foot. Immediately he holds up his hand, and carefully steps back until he is beside Snow White.
Now what - Please note that Toruun, Lukian and Vark are the only ones that can see this?
Prince Charming (fiend) is armed with a Great Sword. Snow White is armed with a Spear and Shield. The Orogs are armed with great Axes but Lukian can just make out the tips of several javelins strapped to their backs.
(@Grant: I actually misread the map. D.O.R.K should be one square down and under the mud if possible.)
Vark just shakes his head, but bites back any words of 'Called it' floating in mind. He turned intending to alert D.O.R.K and the rest. But realizing one was buried and most of the others were blind, he facepalms lightly, and shakes his head. After then giving Torunn at least a chance to enact whatever the next step of the plan is to be, if nothing comes of it, Vark at least musters up the courage to bark out first in goblin, and then again in common, "Go away, stupid mangers. We goblins claim cave and all treasures inside. And 'ere ain't nothing you can do about it! So don't even try."

Do the Orogs etc recognise the language as Goblin (25% chance) {99} - NO
As Lukian, Vark and Toruun watch it would appear that Orog's did not understand Vark's comment but as he yells out in Common it is obvious that they understand what he is saying. They see Prince Charming and Snow White have what looks like a quick conversation but nobody can understand what is said.
Then Snow White raises his arms and a streak of light flies into the cave. (Did Snow White guess Vark's location correctly (25% chance) {5} - NO - How far off was he (2) & (3) - 15' East and 5' South. There is then suddenly a roar and flames billow throughout the cave. Lukian, Toruun and Vark need to make a Dex Save (DC 13) - if they fail they take 27FIRE damage.
See slightly updated map below - I got the GoW area wrong in the previous map. Its now correct as a 20' radius sphere.
Devin continues to wait in his spot up on the ledge hoping for the enemies to enter the cave. If the fiend was within 10 feet of his glyph it should have exploded on its own. He became concerned that the maybe it wasn't a fiend after all.
He readies his magic for an attack on any enemy that comes into sight.

Vark's Save(DC 13): 17. (unless he gets something for having cover via the stalagmites, then apply that bonus)
"Gah! Suckers got me good! Beedo and Wazzit too! Fall back to the tunnels!" He called, if there was time to, before scurry back a ways as noisily as possible as to get maybe a good echo going to simulate multiple armored goblins in full retreat in the process.

DEX save: 5
Completely unprepared for the fireball, he has his shield aimed the wrong way and feels the full effects of the magic. He bites back any kind of verbal response, though, determined to remain hidden.
Ebonitus takes one of his light stones and tosses it into the entranceway (trying to get it into L9 or thereabouts) and readies spiritual weapon for when the orogs and co. come into his vision.

Stealth: 20
Is the climb too steep to be at P7? I don't want it to be difficult to get down to start attacking.
The ledges are 10' above the cavern floor but a relatively easy climb up and down (DC10).

He'll launch a Fire Bolt at it
Attack: 24 Damage: 17
and then followup by creating a Spiritual Weapon in the shape of a blue star next to the same foe and slam it into it
Attack: 27 Damage: 13
