Once the party were at least well out of reach of any returning skeletal retaliations, D.O.R.K looks to Ebonitus, Ilezenya, and the remaining totally not a cultist crew for further advice on their course. Her concern being less about time at this point, but moreso if going against the winds possibly doing more damage to the ship, silly as a concern as it might later turn out to be. With any further assurances, then it is with little further hesitation that she'd at least double down on seeing The Eye of Allfather once more should further debates ensues on the subject.

"Going against the winds isn't that much of a stress on the ship - unless it's a storm and that will be a problem no matter which way we're going." Ilezenya smiles, recalling the years he spent aboard a sailing ship, learning about how to sail on the waters. "The real issue is that traveling against the winds will take longer and expend more fuel or energy."
Ebonitus takes up position on the ship where he can look out for approaching enemies. "Do we have all we need from here?" he asks. "If so let's head back to where we can use it."

DM Secret Rolls day 1 = 17 / 4 Day 2 = 3 / 3
The party launches the airship (I need watches and locations for the party at all times) and starts to head to the northeast. The first day passes uneventfully. On the second day ...
"We do indeed, Acolyte Ebonitus." D.O.R.K further assured. Then to Ilezenya (and by extension all) adds, "If need be then, we should can adjust course and head to Mirabar. But our primary goal should remain reaching the Oracle."With that and presumably little further contesting of points, she went below just to reconfirm no maintenance was needed or the prisoner had sabotaged yet more things... somehow.
Eventually when it came time to rework shifts -- a conversation likely held a few times over the past few days since the near mutiny -- D.O.R.K offers to handle the morning time piloting with guidance of the dragon enthusiast crewmates. And when otherwise occupied there, she stayed top side all the same to keep a watch out for any further attacks from a certain green dragon and would thusly keep up a patrol on the deck. Though it occurs to her to try and learn more of the (NPC) crew, and perhaps sway them further to the Lady's call, recognizing the war potential of the balloon... D.O.R.K refrains from as much, instead seeking to learn the rest of their names at least when time permitted.
(OOC: I presume we keep to the same watch cycles we have been, but others can correct me if need be for any ship control reassignments. Above contains an some alterations to the usual in D.O.R.K's case, but she'd just as well adhere to the wisdom of the rest of the party in the case of conflicting schedules.)
(S/N(or sidenote for the uninitiated): D.o.r.k is still keeping to always casting a 3rd level Aid on herself, Ebonitus, and Mullo each morning around 8 am.)

At some point during late morning when Mullo and Ebonitus are on watch they spot a flock of eight Aarakocra flying towards them. Three swoop close to the ship whilst five start to fly in ever decreasing circles in what appears to be some sort of dance.
Ilezenya will supervise the navigation and helm, standing his watches at the wheel. He is catching a quick nap when the aarakocra appear, as he is on a port & starboard watch rotation. (Meaning he is on for 3 hours, off for 3 hours, then on again.)
Ebonitus calls out to the crewmembers, "Hey, do you know anything about these bird people? Are they a threat?". He continues to watch them warily, while readying himself for battle just in case.

Devin spent his time on deck during his watches at night, the shield on his person to best keep an eye out. During the rest periods at night he would go below and find quarters to sleep in.
During the day, when on watch, he would move about the deck to check all sides. But during his down time when the watch wasn't his responsibility he would sit near the front of the ship.
When Ebonitus calls to the crew something about bird people he gets up and looks around at them trying to understand what they are doing and what he might know of such people and if they look to be aggressive.
Hearing Ebonitus' call out even if not necessarily meant for her, D.O.R.K stops her mid-patrol to follow the genasi's line of sight back to the birdfolk. "Hmm.... Everybody recognises the bird people as Aarakockra. You know that they whilst largely good they consider themselves the defenders of the air and they will attack evil creatures on sight. The three who are flying towards the airship are certainly coming closer for a look at who and what the party are.
Devin puts a big smile on his face and waves. While his companions may not be evil, the dragon cultists? The Aarakockra may have a negative view of the cultists. Only time will tell.
"Happy faces people!" Devin calls out. "Let's make friends."
"I do not know about 'Happy Faces', but I shall remain on guard in case they have a history with the owner of this vessel, and closer inspection leads to recognition."D.O.R.K replied in Jotun, hinting at the Klauth. With that said, she took to keeping a measured eye on the aarakocra circling high above from the stern of the ship, leaving it others deal with 'making friends'. Her hands stay away from any weapon in the meantime... not that she needed one in a pinch. If any however got uncomfortably close to the pilot without their permission, she'd be quick to stride forth to intercept them in all her near dwarf sized mightiness.

Mullo moves to the side of the ship to watch the bird-people. She does not feel threatened and is in fact very interested to watch their dance.
Ilezenya will supervise the navigation and helm, standing his watches at the wheel. He is catching a quick nap when the aarakocra appear, as he is on a port & starboard watch rotation. (Meaning he is on for 3 hours, off for 3 hours, then on again.)
