Against all odds D.O.R.K actually manages to duck and press herself hard enough into a divet in the wall to shield herself from the flames of the beast. Though there's hardly a moment to breathe given before being forced to rise and catch the horns with the haft of her axe, but nearly fall over from the sudden force slamming into it.
With a quiet thanks to mother the Red Knight for putting the enchanted axe on her path, the Construct reaffirmed her footing and struck back at the horned head with uncanny swiftness twice over, then would try to rush along its right to get behind it and limit the odds of all suffering another blast... even if that meant isolating herself in the process. If, however, at any point she sees Ebonitus had fallen, a sharp word filled with divine power would see his fighting spirit rekindled, and consciousness restored again.
