"Acolyte Vark. Acolyte Beedo. I want you two up there with your bows, ready to fire if these Orcs prove to possess hostile intent." She pauses. "More active than usual intent."At she either points them to a noted place of egress, or over to join Gentle and Tiny in the watch towers by the gate.
To the collective sound of "Yes Boss!", she turns to look at Devin, then to Sleepy with an expectant look.
(@Grant During D.O.R.K's original patrolling of the parameter, did she notice any particularly notable damage to the walls, or potential alternate points of egress despite the moat and wall.)

He comes back down to land and says “the only weak-point I can see is the gap in the palisade where the bridge goes up to Keep and what’s more it looks like the Orcs have spotted it because there is a group of 10 plus heading for it.” He finishes with “and before you ask I reckon we have about 2 minutes before they get to the moat. Another group look like they’ve gone around to the east.” As he says this D.O.R.K. smacks herself in the forehead and says “and you call yourself a strategist; of course the gap for the bridge will be a weak point.”

Torunn will find the next closest cover (but behind his two big friends) facing the same direction, grumbling something about have to do all this fighting and how he would rather be at the workshop.
Sleepy will continue to fly and check on where the Orcs headed to the east are headed and fly around to see what is going on. Staying high over the square should give visual all around.
Fiddles moves to the Windmill on the east side to keep an eye out on the bridge.

"Beedo! Vark. Change of plans! Opposite side." She calls out and gestures over to the lookout(2C). "Discourage them." She turns to her brother next. "Eye's sharp brother, and stay safe. I am going to cover our flank, and try to reinforce that position."She says before taking one last look around for Meiva. If the Cleric is anywhere in sight, she'll that she and Njorman Njormalson head to the bridge to reinforce the knights there. Otherwise, she runs off to the lockout post at 2D.

D.O.R.K. 2c is the northeast tower or did you mean 2f southwest to interdict the Orcs assembling on the western bank. Not sure about D.O.R.K. because 2d is on the far east.

After about 2 minutes the party has organized itself and you can that the Orc horde has split itself into two groups. 1) The first group of 11 Orcs led by a huge Orc dressed in chainmail, and carrying a Great Axe and Javelins has reached the point directly to the west of the gap in the palisade and some have already entered the water. Although the Orcs will have to swim a distance of 120 feet, Sleepy estimates that it will only take 5 rounds (30 seconds) before the first wave is able to climb out of the moat. (note: the only party members who can see this are Devin – 100’ away, Gwerk & Njorman – 60’ away and Sleepy – 240’ away) 2) The second group of 11 orcs is making its way around to the east of the Village and has reached the point where the Ardeep River enters the village moat and some have entered the river, Sleepy estimates it will take this group of Orcs 6 rounds (36 seconds) to make their way around to the equivalent eastern point of the moat in preparation for swimming across the moat. (note: the only party members who can see this group are (D.O.R.K. – 180’ away, Beedo & Vark – 80’ away and Sleepy – 200’ away).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Vark -- as calm as a cucumber as ever -- carefully lines up his shot for the Orc closest to him and Beedo, grins, then lets the arrow fly! By the time it reaches its destination -- which he hoped was an Orc's throat at least -- he ducks down to Hide until ready to fire again!
Action: Shortbow Attack: 23 Damage: 8.
Bonus Action:Hide using Nimble Escape Feature. Stealth: 15.

Grumpy is behind the boulder (half cover as it is 3 feet in diameter) just near the door - yes? Where exactly is Xolkin - in front of the Inn's door.
