Torunn settles down in V19 where he continues he project. If Beedo can be bothered to come and work on his own project (the armor), Torunn will oversee but is otherwise too busy to keep reminding the goblin, wannabe crafter.
Meiva is sitting in T11 where she can watch both the path to the north and the path to the east and west and is deep in thought when she hears something come snuffling down the path. Thirty feet away from her is a creature sniffing in the air. It is a question who is more surprised but Meiva has the initiative.
Beedo folds his arms, Beedo eye narrow back at the cleric. Knowing Beedo the way he did, Vark made extra sure to keep an eye on him in case he got the 'itch' again; and in fact, he put a hand on his shoulder for good measure. "I ain't tipped nuthin, ya tosser o'va dire 'alfling. Da boss is smart enuff to know I still ain't all in on dis whole bein' an acolyte 'ing. She know it gonna be while, if its to 'appen at all. Vark's grip tightens on Beedo to the point he flinches and turns about ready to try and start ripping in to him too. Noting the gesture over to Torunn however, Beedo grimaces and sighs in defeat. This time short of a more direct insult thrown at his back, though perhaps not even then, Beedo walks off to try and work on his armor further.
Later...
Both Beedo and Vark snooze the night away while D.O.R.K... plays in the dirt. All blissfully unaware of the danger.

Meiva blinks, then jumps to her feet as an ethereal bow appears in her hand. She nocks a glowing arrow to the bow and aims at the creature, but does not fire. The thing is vaguely humanoid in shape, after all.
"No further, stranger,"Meiva commands, bow ready.
If the creature doesn't respond or stop in its approach, Meiva fires! (She cast Spiritual Weapon)

Then (assuming the thing doesn't die) Meiva dons her shield and calls out to the others.

Goblins weren't the lightest of sleepers, but Beedo still awoke with a start at the shout. Eventually after scrambling around long enough he gets one of scimitars free. "'ark getupgetupgetup! Devin jumps to his feet and looks around but the darkness and the rain make it impossible for him to see well.
"Mystra give me light!" He calls as he casts the cantrip Light on his shield. Suddenly the shield blazes into light allowing him to see the creature that has walked in right among them. (bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet.)
"Well that sure is an ugly brute." He quips
"My lady! Let the force of your power come upon this creature! " he yells as he calls upon his spiritual weapon.
The bright blue star appears next to the beast at R15 and with the flick of his wrist Devin causes the star to smash into the creature.

Torunn spots the lumbering creature. Seeing that everyone is unleashing attacks upon it, he sees no reason to do otherwise. Holding his holy symbol up, he calls out. "Mighty Gond. Lend your strength to vanquish those who threaten us." And a spiritual forge hammer appears next to the large creature, swinging into it. He then pulls out his crossbow, whispering a quiter prayer to Gond to guide his aim as he fires.
Shaking the last of the sleep from his eyes, Vark grabs his scimitar and dons his shield. "Ah! My eyes! Freak'n lights." He exclaims, approaching the troll(V15) with shield raised more to block out the light till his eyes could fully adjust.
