Erok sighs. "Well, necromancy does not sound good, does it?" He squares his shoulders. "However, adventures are not supposed to be easy, right?" he grins over at the others. "This time, I'm gonna throw the first fireball!" Erok lines himself up in the doorway, positioning himself to get as much of the room in range as he can. He inhales deeply and then exhales his fire breath into the room (aiming to get at least one, but as many as possible, statues in the line of fire). Dex Save DC 12 Damage: 15
Erok: As your fire breath rushes into the room the statues don't react, but the undead creature in the center coffin does. The lid of that coffin flies off and a dried up corpse wrapped in bandages rises up with a terrible groan.
(Unfortunately, inside of its stone coffin, the mummy had total cover from your fire breath and didn't take any damage from it.)

Luckily, it only has 20ft of movement and has to use all of it's move and THEN dash to get up from prone in its coffin and then get into melee with Cora and Erok and cannot attack this turn.
