As you all get your bearings, you look around the dark room. There's the hallway behind you from where you came, the Northern wall, where there seems to be some carvings on the wall, the Southern wall that looks plain, and the Eastern wall which looks to be covered in vines. The brazier is on a platform and is giving off some faint light.)
What do you do?

Nate grins at his comrades after he sees Quinn finish off the last of the goblins in the room, and then his grin immediately turns to concern as he realizes they made quite the scuffle with taking out the goblins and is worried that more might be on the way.
Nate will make a perception check to see if he can get a sense if any other goblins or creatures might be near, perhaps coming from a secret passage behind one of the walls, and sense if any goblins might've heard them and are about to ambush.
Quinn cleans off his blade and puts it away before walking over to the brazier. He starts looking over the brazier looking for the source of the light, as well as if he remembers anything that he might of heard about ritual braziers.

"We should check the bodies for weapons, ammo, and other stuff that may be useful."

Brom eyed the far wall that was covered in vines and approuched it slowly to investagate it and see if there was another way deeper into the tomb behind them.
(As you inspect the North Wall, you see that the carvings are pretty large and seem to depict several different scenes that show what appears to be an order of knights in several battles. In one of them, the knights are shown defeating what appears to be an army of Goblins, led by a particularly vicious looking, larger Goblin. The next carving shows the knights standing victorious over a field of dead Goblin bodies. As you see one of the other depictions, they show a huge Dragon terrorizing a village, burning homes and killing innocent villagers with vicious fire. The next mural shows the knights slaying the Dragon. The knights are all shown with matching insignia on their armor and shields.
As you go further along the northern wall, following and inspecting the murals, you see a large carving of a very regal-looking knight. His armor looks more intricate than the rest, making you all think he might have been the leader or founder. Underneath, the name 'Sextus Varius' is inscribed. Next to him, there is a further inscription that reads as follows:
"I pledge to serve law, protect the innocent, battle the agents of chaos, and never reveal the secrets of the Delian Order. My word is my bond, my life and honor is for the order, for this night and all nights to come."
This seems to be the extent of what is on the northern wall.)

Quinn looks over the Brazier. It's brass and has a few coal embers in it, there doesn't seem to be anything strange about it. You think about what you know about Braziers and seem to remember that in olden days, people used to leave offerings in front of altars kind of like this.

You listen intently to see if any other enemies are coming, but don't hear anything. You look at the vine covered wall and see what appears to be a crack in the wall that could be a door or opening.

You search the wall that's covered in vines, occasionally finding small cracks, but none of them seem to be a door.
Everyone go ahead and give me a pre-emptive Perception Check.
They soon make short work of the remaining goblins, leaving them alone in the entry chamber of the cave lit by the flickering brazier and quiet outside of its crackle and her party's heavy breathing. Dipping her head at Quinn's advice, Idalie begins searching the dead goblins for anything useful.
