Heck takes a look into the mine shaft. It's too dark to make out details, it appears that it goes forward farther than he can see. As Heck turns his attention to the sleeping Kobold, Eugene lets out his shot. Bang! The bullet finds its mark on the sleeping Kobold's forehead. Some blood splatters on the entrance and the Kobold falls back with a short spin from the force. Heck jumps reflexively at the event having been so close to him, around 10 Feet. Though Eugene's Single Shot Rifle isn't the loudest gun, it wasn't quiet either. Heck can hear some chatter coming from deeper into the shaft, and then some quick footsteps.

Heck jumps jumps back from the now brainless kobold. He laughs and shrugs to Dobbs. He points at his ear and then into the shaft. he’ll try to find a spot to hide to ambush the Koldbods. Stealth 21 and then stick his rapier into the dirt in front of him and draw two daggers and ready to throw them when the Kobolds emerge.
Three Kobolds emerge running from the depths of the mine shaft. They look around wildly and one points to the corpse on the left side of the entrance and makes a sort of squawking sound that grabs the attention of the other two.
((So I’ve been in touch with dcatt, he’s away with a friend but can post tomorrow. He told me to take over for his character but I’m kinda more comfortable with the DM just rolling basic attacks for him. Up to you))

((I can take over his character for now. Just needed to make sure he was still in this, I was starting to get a bit worried. I'll only take his actions after I know what you guys are going to do))
((According to your die Roll you rolled for your Rapier. You stated that you were going to throw two daggers. Rolling for your first Dagger I got a 4, 7 Damage still. So, would you like to use that Dagger Throw and then a Bonus Action for the second Attack?))
((Cool! Thank you!)) Heck stands up quietly and throws both of his readied daggers. Attack: 22 Damage: 7 Attack: 12 Damage: 1 he then stands and draws his rapier, and says c’mere you little lizard bastards! I’m gonna make a new pair of boots!!

((AND the damage is still 7! Taking Vito's Action as part of this))
Heck's first Dagger bores into a Kobold's chest, straight where the heart is, and the Kobold falls back dead instantly. The second Dagger scraps off a bit of the second Kobold's horn. The two living Kobolds refocus their attention on Heck, readying their own Daggers and preparing to leap at him. Vito, preferring not to make too much additional noise, tosses his own Daggers the fair distance rather than use his Pistol.
Attack Roll 1: 17 Attack Roll 2: 16
Damage Roll 1 (with Sneak Attack): 6 Damage Roll 2: 1
The first Dagger hits the other Kobold, in the back of the head, as it begins to squat for a leap. It falls over dead. The second Dagger catches the one Heck had nicked, by giving a second nicking.
If Eugene is going to take a Surprise Round Action, now's the time. Otherwise please Roll Initiative.
((Edit: Your second Attack Roll is lower than it actually would be, it would still be a +7, edited to show that you did actually hit for 1 Damage))
((The Two-Weapon Fighting rules only prevent you adding your ability modifier to the damage of the bonus attack, you still gain any bonuses to the Attack Roll: here))
((In 3rd edition there was a table you used to determine various two-weapon fighting penalties to Attack Roll and you halved the second Damage Roll's Ability Modifer, but 5th Edition is far more straight foward. It's usually just one penalty or rule applied across the board))
((Oh yeah he is))
Taking aim with his rifle, Eugene mutters a quick prayer and takes the shot.
