Map question: If Fi were to back up to the left, directly away from the ???, how far away from ??? could she get before she is in danger of getting swallowed by the swamp? And how much of that movement would be in difficult terrain?
Directly left you are mostly safe. There would be a dex check after 10 feet, but an easy one. Coincidentally, it's about 10 feet of difficult terrain in any direction

Fionula
"Ow! By the haggard hanging sacks of Hoggoth, that hurt!" She scrambles to her feet amidst the rubble of the road and backs away, firing three blasts at the wounded shambling mound as she goes. "Not a worm, find whatever is in those bushes!" she directs Swifty, who shrugs, swallows his worm, and dives into the bushes.
Swifty Perception (and wing flapping general pecking annoyance): 9
Action to send three Eldritch Blasts at the wounded shambling mound, with Advantage since it is restrained: EB1: 18 to hit for 9 force damage EB2: 19 to hit for 9 force damage EB3: 22 to hit for 13 force damage
Move to move 10' left (west) out of the rubble (so 20' of move), then another 10' directly away, making a Dexterity save to... not stumble in the swamp? 12 (the bonus is the same if this is a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check)
Edit: This is all pre-Kelvin's end of round move, I guess... sorry for jumping the gun.

As the rubble bursts around him, Glim barely manages to dodge the worst of it, but is struck with a big chunk of rock, nonetheless, nearly (but not quite!) causing him to lose his focus on the web spell. He makes his way out of the rubble to the side farthest from the bridge and executes a now familiar twist of the wrist, as a bell tolls in the mind of the injured mound.
The mound in front of Klong crumbles to the ground. With that threat neutralized, the Goliath takes to the air, searching for the mysterious caster in the bog. He finds a genasi, the one from the wanted poster, hidden in the bushes. He turns to wink at Fionula, giving the warlock a ray of hope, and then lands right in front of the mysterious magic user. "Peekaboo! Klong see you." says Klong with a big smile. He grabs the caster with a massive hand, and pushes it down to the ground. He then mounts and straddles it, placing his powerful bulk on top of the opponent. "You no go nowhere."
Clarification: Kelvin's Synaptic Static (last round) did hit, for the saddest 8d8 roll you'll ever see and Miraj made the save. It is now Kelvin's turn for this round, then i'll do the Mound and update
Grishkar Darkmoor, Necromancer of Nerull the Despiser Kelvin Rabbitfoot, Diviner, con artist, always hunting for a good sale Bründir Halfshield, Valor Bard, three-time Sheercleft Drinking Competition Champion, Hometown hero
Miraj looks at his large would-be captor and sneers. With a quick gesture of his hands and some arcane verbage, he casts a spell at Klong.
An arcana check if you want to get a better idea of the spell should you want to counterspell. Glim (and Kelvin too since you would be have seen Glim cast this many times), you recognize the spell:
It's polymorph
The remains of his turn depend on if he's counterspell'd or not
Although he recognizes the spell, Glim doesn't have time to communicate it to the others that have counterspell ready, and watches helplessly as _______________________.
He then begins walking calmly toward the genasi, eyes locked on his, muttering something that sounds like a mixture between a liturgical chant and a cat coughing up a hairball. The gnome's eyes begin to glow an eerie dark purple for a moment, followed by the genasi's turning black, as the wizard's spell attempts to alter the structure of his target's lenses, turning them opaque.
Move Approaching Viznan until he is within 30' of him
"Nuh uh uh," says Klong as he sees the Genasi attempt to do something. Klong snaps his fingers, undoing with the weave of music whatever the caster was attempting to do. "No tricks!"
The young warlock marches back up the hill, through the rubble, as close as she can get to the genasi. "Hey! Rocks for brains!" she gets his attention. She whispers a few dark words, does a wave of her hands over her eyes, and when she looks up, her eyes are inky black pits, little motes dropping off and floating away into the air. She stares at him, the depths of the abyss staring back at him, and he...
Move as far as 30' will get her towards the Genasi. Action to cast Eyebite. Wis Save vs DC16 or he falls asleep.

ey/em/eirs, or they/them works, too (just not he). Role-playing since that keep on those borderlands. I love it so.
On his turn, Fil will continue to concentrate on Moonbeam before he flies over to the genasi and defecates on his face - making sure not to hit Klong - as a distraction.
