Omnia, your arrow hits the wounded Redbrand in the middle of his agonised cry, and cuts it emphatically short. His body falls to the ground. Redbrand One is dead.
Redbrand Two, seeing the vicious effectiveness of Delmon's strike, draws his short sword and strikes back:
Attack: 23 Damage: 3 Attack: 16 Damage: 7
Both attacks hit, and with Delmon not raging, they do a significant amount of damage.
Redbrands Three and Four are surprised; they gape in astonishment as their leader fall dead, an arrow sticking out of his throat, but they just about manage to get their hands to the hilt of their weapons. They will attack next turn.
Ophirinn is up. Redbrands Two, Three and Four are alive and uninjured, all within easy reach.
RatNate looking with his beady little rat eyes seeing Delmon take some nasty cuts will scurry around as fast as he can directly behind Delmon, then morph back into Nate (bonus action) like standing directly behind Delmon. Nate would then grab onto Delmon's shoulders firmly and whisper "Heal, new friend"
So Nate is standing directly behind Delmon's beastly figure in an attempt to use him as a human shield. (Delmon likely is aware of this due to the way Nate is slightly ducking behind him after the spell)

Brom would stand to his feet and with his weapons already prepped would strike at RedBrand#2 with his war hammer and then action surge to attack him again.
The first hammer blow smashes his nose into his face, the second caves his skull in. Redbrand Two falls to the ground, dead.
Round Two
(19) Leo (17) Delmon (16) Omnia (12) Redbrands 3 and 4 (11) Ophirinn (9) Nate (7) Brom
In the space of six second, the Redbrands' number has been halved, and two red-cloaked bodies clutter the floor. The remaining two are unhurt, but shocked
Leo is up.
(OOC: Reminder, if you want to take one of them alive: Non-lethal damage doesn't involve any kind of special attack or higher AC. You just have to declare it as non-lethal when you make the attack. And it must be a melee attack with a weapon or unarmed. Ranged attacks and any kind of spells cannot do non-lethal damage.)

Leo, sensing the fight turning in his favour, will charge the closest Redbrand hoodlum and perform two kick attacks; a left jabbing kick followed by a right roundhouse ((MMA-esque)) kick.

Delmon, eyeing the remaining red brands says, "This is going to hurt!" As he moves next to Leo. "All I wanted was a drink!" He takes his maul and slams it down into the red brand before him. He attempts to hold his blow back from causing too much damage, still set on his plan to send a red brand back to their hide out.
Delmon's maul slams down, just missing the Redbrand, but striking the back of a chair and breaking it into small pieces. If the remains of the chair could speak, it would probably object to the term 'non-lethal' for that strike. However, the Redbrand is unharmed.

The two remaining Redbrands look at the room in desperation; they look at each other, each giving the slightest of nods, and then as one they launch two attacks each at the massive goliath fighter standing before them:
Two attacks hit, two miss; Brom is wounded, but nowhere near close to being defeated. The two Redbrands look horrified, unbelieving, and like their fellows before them outside the inn, they are slowly realising they will not be able to overpower you as they have terrorised and overpowered the helpless citizens of Phandalin these last few months.
You can just attack. That seems easier.
Attack: 23, damage 10
Redbrand One, the leader, takes a bad wound to the arm as he's reaching for his weapon; his agonised cry is louder than you might have expected.
Omnia is up.
From the other side of the bar she aims at a redbrands with her bow and let's a arrow fly.
Attack: 19 Damage: 11

Ophirinn puts down his mug, stands up, turns and starts towards the closest Redbrand; equiping his shield and readying his mace as he does so.
Nate is up.

Delmon, the magic tingles a little as it goes through you, but you definitely feel better.
Brom is up.
Brom would stand to his feet and with his weapons already prepped would strike at RedBrand#2 with his war hammer and then action surge to attack him again.

Leo, it's an impressive display of athleticism, but sadly both attacks miss.

Ophirinn is up.
Ophirinn strike at the Redbrand who just attacked Brom, intent on knocking him out rather than killing him.
Attack: 20 Damage: 6
It's another almost hit. Ophirinn's mace swings, misses the Redbrand, and another chair is sent to chair afterlife.
Nate is up.
Why is it when we try to keep someone alive we miss our attacks, it happened with the goblin now these guys.- OOC
