Iarus will sigh, accepting his role with the dogged acceptance of one who has known pain in the front lines of battle.
"Redeemer grant me strength, for I shall hold the line for the sake of all."
He'll close with the two giant lizards near him, moving to N6. His worn longsword lashes out from behind his greatshield, hitting AC 6 for 7 slashing damage (on the lizard Jon wounded, if it isn't dead from the shot. Otherwise on gl2.).
(Well, at least the damage roll was higher than the attack roll.)
(For those of you wondering about Iarus's slightly bizarre demeanor for a melee fighter, he will eventually be a paladin of the Oath of Redemption, seeking to escape the violence of his heritage.)
(Also realized I forgot to include a full description of Iarus: Iarus is a tall, bulky tiefling with light blue skin and a slight scaly sheen. His eyes are also light blue, the color of thick ice and fog. He seems to look perpetually resigned, although to what you cannot tell. He wields a worn old rusty longsword, as well as a shield nearly as tall as him, with a bleeding dove emblazoned on it.)

Gilrosh narrows his eyes and mumbles "yadim-shel-ha-adamah" while reaching towards the earth. He casts Entangle with a 20 ft cube ranging with corners at L7, L10, O7 and O10, then moves to K12

"Ohhh my! These guys are quick!"Zashier takes his walking staff in both hands, and with a "Back, Lizard!"goes to whack gl4 across the face. "I said back!" He leaps into a sparta kick to its sternum. If by some miracle he downs the creature, he jumps on to its body, holding his staff like a baseball bat.
Watching his compatriots move quickly into action, Elwin grit his teeth and did likewise, not wanting to be seen as dragging the others down. One of the foul lizards had moved right next to him; he lunged, lashing out at it with the tip of his spear, then spun and followed up with a second strike from the other end of the weapon.
Elwin remains at O11, targeting GL4. He uses his Action to attack with his spear, then a Bonus action (via Polearm Master) to attack with the opposite end of the spear.

"Ya pretty good with the spear there, man! But my wanna put a bit more oomph in the wind-up. Watch!" In the process of dodging a bite from the gl4, Zashier uses the momentum to throw himself into a powerful two-handed over head blow on the lizard. Then as it reels from the blow, he jumps into a flying knee to the jaw, finishing the job.
Though if the one blow is enough to put gl4 down, he circles around to 10M to deliver a similar blow to gl5.
Heel Beast Strike!: 14 Damage: 6.
Bonus Action: Flying Knee: 14 Damage: 6.

Elwin held back a grimace at the comment. One part of him knew it to be friendly banter, but his old street habits still wanted him to be offended.
"Well, let's just see who downs the next one, eh?" he retorted, not quite meaning to sound as irritated as he did. With their mutual foe down, he glanced towards the other lizards, and saw his new target just break free from its entangling vines. His one teammate was already moving toward it though, striking at the creature with... a knee?
Determined to not be completely shown up, Elwin dashed as quickly through the new-grown foliage as he could, then lashed out with a roar at the lizard as he approached. He finished up with a couple of feints that led to a final spinning strike.
Looks like GL4 is down, so Elwin will move through rough terrain to N10 to join the attack on GL5.
Spear Attack:23, Damage:11, On Crit Add:4 Bonus Attack: Unable to parse dice roll., Damage:6, On Crit Add:3
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seeing his chance to press ahead, Elwin dashed through the foliage again to strike at one of the lizards still struggling to free itself. With a vicious grin, he thrust his spear forward at the restrained creature, before swinging a follow-up attack.
Elwin moves through the rough terrain to N8 to attack GL2 and make use of the advantage. Again using spear to attack, and backend via Polearm Master for bonus action attack.

Cool! Boozy Jon is a dirty Goblin that smells of grain alcohol. Despite his name he seems rather steady.
