Given that he's restrained, I say that's enough; you take his gun and scimitar.

(Go ahead and act Dwaye, might as well get a good hit in before the drow finally gives in!)

Noticing the the arrival of Dwaye; Gibbon says "Tis been some time sense our paths last crossed Dwaye. How have things been sense then?" To Dwaye.

(But because the gunslinger couldn't get out, I can still go right now right?)

(If I can go:) Dwaye, realizing that the party (Or at least most of them), is trying to knock the gunslinger out, not kill him, Dwaye takes the back of his Battle Axe, and knocks the Gunslinger on the forehead with it. Attack (Adv because restrained): 21 Damage: 6

With a loud SMACK, Dwaye knocks the drow in the forehead; he slumps over, unconscious. (Combat over! Congratulations everyone, I didn't expect you could do it but you worked together and pulled it off!)

(When should we figure out how many matches I won, and how much money I got from them, Xanathar’s Guide has some stats for pit fighting if you wanna use those, I have the book right here, otherwise we could just do regular combat, but no weapons, either one works for me)

"We believe he is an elf murder,  we wont know for sure till he wakes up and is questioned."

He wielded a scimitar and pistol, he also has about 20 bullets and some smokepowder. The drow also has studded leather armor and wears what you believe to be drow-made Boots of Elvenkind.

"If we know a decent necromancer, we can do away with permanently, and still question him." Ignis remarks as they stand over the unconscious drow.

"If no one would mind, he looks about my size and I could really use his gear (armor and boots)" , says Asmodai.

"So anyone wants his scimitar cause im keeping the pistol even if it was used to kill, I take what I need and can get."

Deadeye offers the blade while at the same time inspecting the pistol and feeling its weight.

"I have no objection, and I've never been good with a scimitar."

"I have my rapier, I do not need the Scimitar."

The pistol is of fine quality and light, though not magical aside from the smokepowder used to propel its bullets.
