Power of Positive Thinking!: 19+4

Fae uses the power of positive thinking to shake off the paralyzation and do more spinning around the ghoul.

(OOOOoooooooohhhhhh... Ya, that makes sense.  Sorry.  Still getting a handle on things here.)

Fae is able to resist through the power of positive thinking. Her swipe with the quarterstaff misses,a but  to the power of positive thinking allows her to direct hit to the Ghoul attacking her. 

Ghoul 4 attacks Hadrian. 

Attack: 22 Damage: 7

Make a DC 10 Con Save to avoid paralysis, as well as a Concentration check for Bless.

Hadrian is able to resist the Ghoul's paralyzing agent, but he is unable to maintain concentration while doing so.

Hadrian and Elyse can act.

Hadrian cries out in pain, and grunting, reaches out with a glowing hand and calls out a curse against the closest ghoul.

Inflict Wounds Attack: 8 Damage: 19 necrotic

Opportunity Attack: Attack: 17 Damage: 7 (I think this attack would still have bless: 3)

Frustrated that her divinely imbued strike didn't finish off the ghoul in front of her, Elyse swings again at the same ghoul.

Attack: 12 Damage: 7

Elyse managed to just hit the ghoul that charged Hadrian, but she is unable to hit the ghoul that struck her. Hadrian whiffs hard with his spell.

Ghoul 1 will try to take advantage of Elyse's failure to finish it off.

Attack: 14 Damage: 8

It misses. Enialis and Phanuel can act.

Enialis once again attempts a backstab to finish off one of these troublesome ghouls before jumping into a shadow and hiding. 

Attack: 10 Damage: 10

BA Stealth: 28

Enialis misses, but he's now unseen.

Phanuel calls again to the holy host, "Angels, cleanse this filth!"

Ghouls take 3 Radiant Damage unless they pass a DC 13 Con save
OR
Ghoul takes 4 Radiant damage unless it passes a DC 13 Dex save

(Phanuel is in Melee with Ghoul 2, so he can't move without provoking)

Dex Save: 11

The Ghoul is just able to Dodge Phanuel's attack and it retaliates with a claw.

Attack: 18 Damage: 10

DC 10 Con Save if hit

Ghoul 3 attacks Fae.

Attack: 7 Damage: 4

DC10 Con Save if hit.

Con Save: 19

Phanuel is able to resist the paralyzing agent. Fae is up.

(Also, everyone please be updating your character sheets during the battle. It makes it much easier for me.)

Fae continues to employ the power of positive thinking, this time nailing an extra attack in.

QS: Attack: 8 Damage: 5

Unarmed: Attack: 20 Damage: 4

FoB Unarmed: Attack: 20 Damage: 4

Fae's quarterstaff misses, but both unarmed strikes connect with the Ghoul.

Ghoul 4 continues to attack Hadrian.

Attack: 23 Damage: 5

DC10 Con Save if hit. 

Elyse is up and so is Hadrian if he makes his save.

Elyse will try once again to finish off the ghoul in front of her.

Attack: 24 Damage: 12

If it dies, she will move, location dependent on a couple factors:

• If Hadrian is paralyzed, try to flank the one next to him
• If not, try to flank the one next to Phanuel
• Never provoke an opportunity attack, just go to the closest one if that is the only way.

Hadrian please save 8

Hadrian fails and is paralyzed for the next minute, but he does get a save at the end of his turn to try and shake it off. Please make another DC 10 Con Save. 

Meanwhile, Ghoul 1 resumes its assault on Elyse, trying to make a meal of the Paladin that's struggling to finish it off. 

Attack: 24 Damage: 13

(That's the second crit this ghoul has had on Elyse. It really doesn't like you. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but Elyse should now be unconscious unless there was some healing that I missed.)

Hadrian makes his CON save from the floor... 12
