Tibi takes off and flies to a height of about 50 feet and scouts the whole complex. In particular he is concerned about the ravens that had followed them previously - are they anywhere in sight? {Perception roll 12} or anything else that could be of danger/threat to the party.
Flying back to the group, Tibi says "there are three sets of guards patrolling the grounds - how do we want to play this? I reckon you disguise gurus should do some of your special stuff and then knock on the door?"
Drabash thinks for a moment. "Hey Tibi, on your patrol did you spot a side entrance? Disguise isn't my strong suit but I have a lighter foot that you would expect of someone my size."
"There's three set of double gates - one on the north side which looks like the main entrance and two on the southern side"Tibi replies to Drabash's question. "Now lads we can't stand here all day with out thumbs up our fundamental orifices so what's the go?
"If we find a section of wall that is not visible by the guards... I could change it to wood and we could attempt to break through it." Gil would offer as he looks to his companions.
"Is it worth considering simply walking up and asking to speak to the Duke? We do have her son captive, and his cloak as evidence," Darvin suggests. "Then again, the message could be lost in the chain of communication if we talk to these guards first, so it may be that we want to try to find her inside on our own first. I could make myself look like Amrik, especially since I have his cloak, to get us inside with minimal trouble..."
"We face a dilemma Gentlemen. Normally I'd suggest we enter and seek forgiveness if we're caught. Far better than asking permission first. But let us see what Tymora has to say on the matter"Tibi says as he flips the coin {1-2 = sneak | 3-4 = knock} {2} "Well over the wall it is!" Tibi says. Tibi leads the party around to the middle of the eastern wall and looks up. "I'll go first and drop a rope" he tells the others.
Stealth roll = {29} like a shadow Tibi launches himself into the air and with barely the faintest whisper of wings flies up to the top of the wall where he uncoils his silk rope and lowers it down.
Darvin pats Drabash on the back and whispers in his ear, "I know this stealth thing isn't your normal MO but you've got this," (d6 Bardic inspiration for Drabash) before starting over the wall himself.
Hearing Drabash kick loose every possible piece of broken tile that he can find as well as huff and puff as he climbs the wall, Tibi says to Darvin stranding next to him "well it looks like we're going down the beg forgiveness route. Tymora does expect us to manufacture our own luck but a little bit of help every now and then is not too much to ask is it?"
As a whole the group manages to get over the wall with little noise. At one point Drabash kicks a heavy foot against the wall and lets out an audible 'oof'. You all freeze for a moment but nothing stirs and it seems you have made it over safely.

You huddle in the shade of the tree on the NE corner. You don't see any windows on the east side of the manor house on the main floor. However, on the second floor are a few windows facing east.
Tibi flies up and finds a place to secure the rope. The group is able to climb up on to the roof of the first floor. There are a couple windows that you peek into.

Flying fairly low over the villa Tbi sees three sets of 3 guards each in the spots marked V1 on the map. He does not see the ravens.

Darvin shrugs silently and gestures toward the second floor windows, pulling out an end of rope and handing it to Tibi.

Gilbert would crouch down low waiting to the rope to be secured so that he can climb up as well.
Tibi gently moves the locks to see if one of the windows will open
