"Hang on," Darvin says. "Right now they're in a convenient cluster... I don't know if this will work, but hopefully at least some of them are affected and then you can lure the others away..."
Darvin begins casting hypnotic pattern (affects a 30' cube from a point of origin up to 120' away, which I believe should just manage to hit all of them from just about where Darvin is standing now).
Tibi looks at the charmed creatures and cocks his head on on side as if thinking "I wouldn't do that my friend, charmed doesn't mean they wont attack if threatened? Looks like I'm still going to have to lead the other buggers away." Tibi heads off to the other side of the houses and then proceeds to act as if he has a broken wing in an effort to get the other devils to chase him (Performance = 16)
gilbert would cast alter self on himself as his body begins to twist and change untill he took the appearance of a bearded devil. He would then prepare to race towards the bridge and activate the runes once the devils went after Tibi.
OoC: Grant, the charmed devils are also incapacitated. So they can't attack unless somebody snaps them out of it, either by damaging them or shaking them awake. So don't damage the charmed ones until the others are taken care of.
As Tibi reveals himself and looks like he may be injured the two bearded devil and one of spined devils starts to move towards him. The other uncharmed spined devil remains at the bridge.
Tibi keeps luring the devils further away ready at a moment's notice to leap into the air and fly over their heads and the chasm once the party activates the wards.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Gil, hang on..." Darvin says. "If you activate the bridge it will snap those two out of their daze, and if the damage doesn't kill them in one go, they might start attacking. Let's try to take out the one that isn't charmed."
Once the three devils following Tibi are out of sight, unless Gil or Drabash have other ideas, he aims at the uncharmed devil still standing at the bridge, and fires two eldritch beams at it.
Beam 1: 20 Damage: 8
Beam 2: 13 Damage: 1
OoC: Should we be rolling initiative here? I'm not sure when it's reasonable to be taking additional actions ---- Drabash hasn't acted yet
OOC: Drabash will attack if the others agree but has been told to hold off as of now. He also can't do much other than engage melee, so happy to wait if that means you get "two" actions
ooc so they are chasing Tibi away from the bridge right? so we could run towards the bridge and tey to get across?
Gilbert would race towards the bridge once all the un-charmed devils were gone. he would follow right behind Darvin and Darbash... acting as though he were chasing them... keeping up the act that he was a bearded devil.
With Tibi leading a few of the enemy away the rest prepare to attack the remaining devils at the bridge. With Gilbert disguised as a bearded devil himself and making it look like he was chasing Drabash and Darvin you start to advance.
Darvin moves closer and then fires eldritch energy as Drabash needs to dash to get into melee range. Meanwhile Reya and Lulu stay back with the civilians and keep watch over them in case other threats emerge.
After two rounds of the Devils chasing him Tibi will launch himself in the air and fly over them at maximum speed (i.e. dash) until he gets back to the bridge - I guess at the end of round 4
Gilbert would "chase" after Darvin and Darabash until they get to the other side of the bridge. He would then pretend to fall down near one of the runes on the bridge and while laying there he would spend some time looking over the runes.. trying to quickly figure them out so that when the devils come across he can quickly activate it.
Tibi continues to allow the fooled devils to chase him. Gilbert dashes to the bridge ready to activate the power of the bridge if the devils start onto it. He hopes he can do it when the time comes.
Drabash can move forward and be in melee range and can roll his attacks

Two of the spined devils are now charmed. The other devils seeing the two look a bit dazed and unable to move are now on guard for trouble.
Drabsh looks to Tibi, "What do you say? Do i go give them a taste of my axes?"

While Tibi leads the others away Gilbert, Darvin and Drabash get a free round then I'll roll initiative.

and Darvin?
Darvin closes to melee along with Drabash and tries to finish off the uncharmed devil still at the bridge.
