The 3 remaining ghouls shuffle towards Rekuburk and claw at his body.

In his rage Rekuburk defends himself allowing only one of the ghouls to give him a scratch down his arm. He easily resists the paralyzing effect of the ghoul's attack.
Rekuberk his going to take his two swings at the ghoul that managed to hit him, growling more in anger at the fact it tore the fine shirt he wears more then the fact it may have slightly hurt.
Rekuburk takes his revenge on the ghoul that tore his shirt by removing its head from its body. He then pivots and decapitates the ghoul next to it also.
Krom gives a quick look at Chill while chanting an hymn of healing, a flame-like light briefly envelops the tabaxi. The dwarf then moves towards the last ghoul and swings his blessed warhammer trying to crush the undead.
Bonus action: Healing word casted as 2nd level spell on Chill. 9 HP healed

Chip will look towards the banshee and strum a few sharp chords while whispering under the notes... "Do you even remember why you are angry?" he would say as he casts dissonant whispers!
A faintly golden, but very visible 'aura' of magic surrounds Rhogar for a brief moment, before leaping at Chill; only to brush over him. Where it touches, wounds begin to rapidly heal. "Good to see YOU still among the living, Chill."He'd say in a chipper tone despite undead waiting to not doubt kill them all. Then again, short of phasing through the wall as a result of Chip's magics, Rhogar reposition himself further south of Kazri for a better angle for unleashing a more golden breathe weapon upon the creature.
Even if that meant having to hold his breathe for a while to evey try to do so.
Bonus Action:Use Healing Light Feature to restore another 5 of HP to Chill.
Movement: To 10ft South of Kazri.
Action: Cast (2nd level)Divine Breathe - Attack: 11 Damage: 25 of Radiant on Banshee(if visible).

(@All: It's a really bad idea... But Rhogar would Dash after the Banshee through the door in hopes of at least getting her back in his sights. So DM, that is my change of actions.)

Rhogar dashes forward to chase the banshee. As he reaches the door he finds them unlocked and he pulls one open and keeps going.
He enters a room that is 25 x 20 feet and first glance looks like a dining hall. He doesn't have time to take in details though as in the center of the room is the banshee hissing at him.
How close does Rhogar get as he available movement would put him past the banshee?
Kazri will follow Rhogar. (I am assuming that both of them are not in melee range of the banshee.) She will ready an attack action if the banshee approaches them.

(@DM: He wouldn't leave her melee range, if he ran into upon exiting the door. But if he wasn't in it, he'd stop at least 10ft away from her with any remaining movement.)

Chill, rattled by the wail of the Banshee remains hidden behind the entry hallway doors.
The banshee, no longer hearing the dissonant whispers of Chip's song, turns and with a horrific visage tries to frighten all of you.
Each of you, except Chill who cannot see her, must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, with disadvantage if the banshee is within line of sight, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Krom slams his hammer into the ghoul and it crumples to the ground dead. A quick word of healing and Chill is able to regain conciousness.
